Most of this playlist has been on my iPhone for almost a year. Some of the songs have influenced the shaping of characters and others the scene that happened in the book. The opening track on this list, The Heart Wants What it Wants, to me has been more the theme of The Dream Weaver.
One of my favorites, Angel with a Shotgun, reminds me of Kellan and how he feels about Wren. And the song Up was the inspiration behind the scene between Kellan and Wren standing in the rain by his truck.
If I had to create a playlist just for Jaxon's character, it would have to include the songs, All to Myself and Animal. He does have a softer side which might be best reflected in the song Seasons.
Finally, the track Outlaws was playing over and over again in my truck when I was in the process of writing and crafting the last three chapters. If you listen to it, you might see how it relates to the final scene in the book.
