Yet hate it

The doctor says there's nothing wrong, but it's so painful and alive.
You can't control it,
It's controlling you.
It comes to you,
Stays with you,
Lives with you,
Breathes in you.
It's painful, I hate it.
It's truly unwanted.
What if I told you I wasn't exaggerating?
