Chapter Seven

Naeva's Point of View

Running. Running. Running.

I have been running for who knows how long now. 
I don't think the others are still following me, since they have probably figured out I'm long gone by now.  So they saved themselves the trouble.

Mariana hasn't said a word to me since she just went through the process of completely removing any signs of the mate bond. The pain almost killed her, so I decided to share the pain with her.

Right now I am in a beautiful forest, just following a random dirt path.

Everything was dead silent. No birds chirping or even the movement of the wind, but a part of me liked the emptiness. It was comforting and peaceful and calmed it down.

How stupid I was to stay in that pack thinking that the vision was could have been wrong or at least changed, but I was wrong, very wrong.

"You should have stayed with him," a voice that I had long forgotten whispered into my head.

It's back. Oh no. It's back.

"He was ours, and you run from him!" It yelled at me. 

The voice brought back memories of centuries ago that I had buried in the back of my mind. All the horrible things. Everything came rushing back to me. The good times and the bad. The pain, the sorrow. Everything was back.

I shook my head trying to rid of the voice, but it only grew louder.

"Stop! We're surrounded!" Mariana growled in my head.  She was still very weak, but her strength and power was coming back.

Just great. Now I am surrounded by freaking werewolves. I knew I was on some pack territory, but which one?

I have just been rejected, my wolf almost died, It's back and now I am freaking surrounded. I am the luckiest person alive.

Just freaking great. Can this day possibly get any worse?

Hey Guys. I am sorry  I haven't updated. There was some problems with the internet connection, which was I couldn't update.

Anyways, I hope you guys like this chapter. It's shorter than usual and might have a few mistakes, but I just wanted to update for you guys. So I hope you like the story so far. Feel free to leave the any suggestions in the comments sections and also your opinions.
