Chapter 21

I woke up to the sound of shouting which made me bolt upright straight away. I glanced around noticing Oliver wasn’t there. Instead I looked into the faces of the girls. They were laughing and looked at me each with their arms crossed.

I am not a morning person. I mean it. I am so not a morning person. I could feel that my hair was all over the place. I stretched and yawned trying to get myself away from the grips of sleep.

“Morning, Sleeping Beauty. You sleep like a brick. It took us ages to wake you up,” Anna-Marie laughed.

“Any way. Come on, it is time to go shopping,” Louise squealed.

I laughed. These girls were just hilarious sometimes I swear. I outwardly groaned. I mean I am not a morning person at all. My parents used to avoid waking me up because I could be one violent cow when someone became between me, my bed and my beauty sleep.

I pulled myself into a sitting position before stretching some more taking the last clutches of sleep away from me. I grabbed a bobble off of my bed side table and threw my hair into a bobble so it was a little more presentable. The girls decided to throw themselves on the bed at that point and it shifted under their weight.

“Glad you are making yourself at home. So anyone know where Oliver is?” I asked.

“He went on a patrol around the Royal Pack Lands with our mates and his protectors. Then he is sorting out the last of the coronation ready for tomorrow night,” Anna-Marie explained.

“So basically because it is nine now and you don’t need to be at your meeting until 2 o’clock. Prime time shopping!” Hannah squealed.

I shook my head laughing at her. I climbed out of the bed which gave the others more room to sprawl themselves across it. I shook my head at them before grabbing some clothes from the closet and then having a shower and doing my usual morning routine. I ended up having my hair in light curls a light blue 60’s style dress which I found suited my figure. I had some white flats on and a tiara as well as both of my rings. I placed my phone into my bag and walked out to the girls.

“Wow. You look gorgeous. I love your room by the way. It is so stunning,” Louise smiled.

I laughed as the girls managed to finally tear themselves away from the bed and followed me out of the room. I grabbed a breakfast bar before we headed from the Wing and out into the main palace. We walked into the main hallway and it was fairly busy. I could see all the preparations for the coronation tomorrow being set up and members from all the packs were arriving.

They weren’t invited to the bbq tonight because it was for Royal Pack Members only. People bowed and acknowledged me every time I walked by them. I smiled at them warmly. I decided to tell Oliver I was going. God forbid he didn’t know I was there. He would go proper Alpha possessive. Probably not what I would like to see.
