Chapter 1~Jekyll

Time goes to fast in my life, each day passes in what seems to be only a few limited  hours and all people can say is that time speeds up as you get older but it has always been like this since i could remember. I am not saying i am displeased with my life for that would be wrong actually i am as happy as i let myself to be. People know me to be that happy person but that is only because i will not show my sadness to other for i do not want to burden them with my problem, its only a stupid issue but i always am  mourning. now i have never been close to death nor do i know anyone who has died but i feel its my job to mourn the deaths of people that no one cares about all over the world even if i never knew them everyone deserves to have someone care about their death and that will be me, i do not care if it burdens me its a job i took up. Only i.

My thoughts stopped and i looked around only to see  Olly,a close-ish friend of mine, running towards me, so i put on a smile.

Olly - "Hey j you're late!"

Jekyll - "Morning oreo where's SK."

Olly - "What have i said about you all calling me that and i don't know that's why i came looking for you."

Jekyll - "Have you tried the roof where he normally hides out Olly."

Olly-"Yeh, i forgot he chills there some days. Come on then let's go."

We entered the school and headed up the stairs chatting randomly, well for the most part it was him talking and me listening but i have never minded this its peaceful in its own way. We got on the roof and sure enough he was there, leaning on the railing staring blankly at the sky and grounds below.

Jekyll-"Hey SK, how are you on this fine day?"

SK-"Oh hi guys, yeh i guess everything is ok it seems peaceful today that's all. You ok J?

Olly-"Yo SK im here too you could alest ask how i am doing as well!"

SK-"sorry Oreo i forgot to ask but you seem the way you normally do so its fine"

Olly-"Whatever i don't care ruby's just got here so ima go talk to her instead of you two idiots."

Jekyll-"Bye then."

SK-"See you later."

Olly left the roof in a huff and it was only us two up here SK looked at me for a moment then leaned back on the railing  before talking.

SK-"I know why you've been spacing out lately, you have been seeing that place again haven't you?"  

Jekyll-"Yeh i have. i don't  know why but i can see it more clearly now even if it is something i made up in my head it just seems clearer."

He looked away for a second and sighed.

SK-"Do you remember the good old days when..."

his voice was drowned out by a sudden feeling that shot through me like an energy pulse from somewhere, i could feel it, my mind focused on it without me wanting  to, i knew where it came from, i focused more and then i realised it was...

SK-"Hey! J What was that about you went completely blank as if you weren't even conscience." 

Jekyll-"sorry i don't know what happened. that's not something that's took place before."

SK-"Will you be ok?"

Jekyll-"Yeh,i'll be fine don't worry ok. That's the last thing  i want. Let's head to class now anyway them two will already be there."

SK-"ok then."

We went to class and talked on the way there. Olly and Ruby were both there already too we sat down next to them and all chatted together. Soon lessons started and the day sped on without a notice and evidently school was over. Leisurely i headed home until a voice yelled from somewhere stopping me by the gate.
