Chapter 22

6 months later ....

It has been 6 months since Lucy and Levy under the coma. After the dragons disappeared, Layla and Lucifer entered the destroyed ballroom with the dragons in their human form behind the two monarchs. Both girls were taken in to their respective Realms and placed in a crystal lacrima just like Mavis to protect them. Both girl's coronation were postponed til they wake up. Luckily, Layla and Lucifer approved of Natsu and Gajeel being their mates. 

Akuma ended up joining Fairy Tail as a S-class mage and part-time waitress with Mira. Mira was taking Lucy's and Levy's slumber pretty bad, so Akuma would help cheer her up. Turns out, they both ship the same people. Right now, they are tailing Jerza. Jellal and Erza are always found red-faced or have their soul scared out of their bodies when they see the shipping devils. 

Juvia was struck the hardest out of all the girls. She's rarely at the guild and could either be found on the rocks on the shore or floating in the middle the ocean where everything within a 10 foot radius gets caught up in a tropical storm. But, when she does come to the guild, it's only for a second before briskly walking out with a mission in her hand. Her far-away actions pained Gray greatly. What pained him the most was that she stopped talking to him. When she does, it's only small talk and doesn't call him 'Gray-sama'.

 Natsu and Gajeel would not be around the guild as often, go visit their mate sleeping away in their crystal lacrima. Everyone acted just like the time Lucy first disappeared from the guild to train and become stronger. Sabertooth was just as the same. 

Everyone's wish: Let the girls come back to them as soon as possible.

Two years have pasted. At the end of the first year, everyone was hoping that they would wake up, just like Akuma said, but neither of them opened their eyes. Both guilds were worried that she was wrong and that the girls would have to sleep for a 100 years. But, they started appearing out of now where, like Mavis. They figured that was better than waiting for their physical form. That took some depression off of some people's shoulders. Finally, the day came.

Natsu

"Natsu!!!" I turned around only to fall on my back with Lucy on top of me.

"Luce!!" I said in surprise. She giggled and got off of me. 

"Gomen ne, Natsu. I just wanna get out of the transparent body right now. See? Appear, disappear, hello, bye-bye, I'm back! Where did I go?" With each word, she appears and vanishes, and then reappears again. I know she uses that to her advantage when she wants to cheer me up. And it always works. I cracked up as she magically appears with her bottom half missing. She smiles and returned back to normal. "So how's Juvia doing?"

"Better than last time. She's slowly getting back to her normal self, with the occasional tropical storm in the ocean." As if on cue, the sky above the ocean turns gray and lightning rains down. "Hey, so you know that Gray and Juvia are dating now right?"

"How could I forget? Gray asked her out in front of the entire guild and Mira and Akuma were doing a victory lap saying, 'The ship has sailed!! The ship has sailed!!' Honestly, everything became more interesting when Akuma joined." She sighed and shook her head.

"Well anyways, Gray was thinking about proposing to her, but I told him not to."

"Why not?"

"I talked to Juvia and said that she's happy that her and Gray are dating, but she won't marry him until you and Levy wake up."

"Oh," Lucy casted a sad smile. "Levy-chan and I really want this to speed up, but-" Lucy disappeared before she could finish her sentence.

"Luce? Luce!!" I ran back to the guild and bumped into Gajeel.

"Hey, what happened to Luce/Shrimp? You too?" We said at the same time.

"Sup guys." Akuma walked over to us. "Looking for Levs and Luce? They're over there." She jabbed her thumb at the stage where the lacrimas holding Lucy and Levy were standing. How the-?

"Protip: You might to take to take cover." Akuma puts a hand on our shoulders before walking over to the stage. She knocks on both of the lacrimas and shouts, "OI!! WAKE THE F UP ALREADY!! YOUR BOYFRIENDS ARE TIRED OF WAITING!!! IF YOU DON'T WAKE UP NOW, I WILL TELL EVERYONE HERE YOUR SECRET!!!"

SHUT UP AKUMA!! 

The crystals started to shine a bright purple until they shattered into glittery dust. As the dust fell down, you can hear two girls talking.

"Itai!! My stomach hurts."

"Come on Levy-chan!! I am going to tape that mouth of her's shut if she's starts ranting off." The dust settles revealing Levy holding her stomach, and an angry Lucy. Luce...

Akuma was on the far side of the guild laughing her ass off. "Welcome back girls!!!"

"Lucy/Levy!!!"
