It was almost time for the match to begin and I couldn't focus to save my life. I knew it was annoying the piss out of Jason as he repeated the stats of my next opponent, Grayson Grim, but I couldn't really help it after what's been going on this past week.
All I really knew was that my attempt to avoid Katy clearly went down the drain the moment we were alone together. That's why I avoided being around her for a month. I should have known better than to stay behind and try her brownie, but everything that has happened since that point I couldn't regret. Some days I tell myself I shouldn't feel this way, but other days when I see her smiling face I didn't care.
Whatever happened at the beach the other day did something to our relationship and although I wouldn't mind repeating it again, she still hasn't said anything about it. To be fair, we were both really busy yesterday because I had to get back to the gym for the match tonight and all day today at work we were making a birthday cake to be delivered. So there was really no downtime at all to discuss what had happened and what it means. Some days I think it was a heat-of-the-moment type thing but when I remember how it felt when her lips were on mine, and not because of the alcohol, I would throw the idea away.
