Chapter 4

Today was the grand opening of the Weasley Wizard Wheezes in Diagon Alley. Fred and George have been awaiting this moment for the longest time. So when they finally get to have their dream come true, they are taking advantage of it.

"Welcome, welcome!" Fred invited people to come into the shop.

"Come and see what types of jokes we have for you!" George joined.

Christine walked up to her older brothers, who were standing on orange boxes to announce things. "Do you think anyone is actually going to buy any of this?" Christine asked not meaning to be snotty.

"If someone uses it, they have to buy it," Fred explained.

There was a kid who just ate a Puking Pastille. His face literally turned green and it looked like he was going to barf all over the place. Fred and George handed him a bucket. "Into the cauldron, handsome," they told him in unison as the boy threw it up.

"You could get someone seriously hurt from some of this stuff," Christine ranted referring to the boy who just threw up.

"We do have a very powerful love potion in the shop," George told her ignoring what she said.

"That stuff can make your brain go all wonky," Fred added.

Christine turned and saw Hermione and Ginny looking at the Love Potions. Christine rolled her eyes and looked around some more at the shop. She then spotted Ron looking at a little trinket on a shelf.

Christine sauntered over there to talk to him. "Can you believe Fred and George have actually done it?" Christine asked with disbelief.

"I know," Ron sighed. "I only wish my dreams could come true."

"And what's that?" Christine asked.

"I really want to achieve my goal of going on the Quidditch team," Ron confessed to her.

Christine curled her lips inside her mouth and bit them so she wouldn't smile or laugh. That was impossible for Ron, of all people, to be on a sports team. Christine wanted to explode with laughter, but she swallowed her giggles and said in reply, "You should really try to achieve your goal. I hope you do good."

Just then, Fred and George came over. "Looking to buy?" Fred asked.

"Yes," Ron replied. "How much for this?"

"Five galleons," Fred and George said together.

"How much for me?" Ron asked.

"Five galleons," Fred and George repeated themselves.

"But I'm your brother!" Ron argued.

Fred and George looked at each other and shrugged. They then looked back at Ron. "Ten galleons," they replied.

Ron rolled his eyes and left. Fred and George eyed Christine. "Are you going to buy anything, dear sister?" George asked.

Christine shook her head. "I don't think so," she replied. "I need to manage my money."

"Alrighty," Fred and George said walking off.

Christine sighed and left the shop to go and pack for school the next day.
