Like Music consultants, these guys are about setting a mood for your readers... or changing the mood. Kind of like in horror anime, they normally have short funny clip so that you calm down. They can also help by showing something that is hard to explain, like a duel or how to bake a Triple layer Pineapple Bacon Pizza.
