You bolt towards the door but Silas stands in the way, you try to push him he easily blocks it and slaps you. You're stunned for a moment, leaning against the sinks for support.

He grabs you and leads you swiftly out of the door, you wanted to call out to Stefan who's still sat at the table. However you didn't want to draw attention to the fact that there were two Stefan's in the grill.
