"You did what?!"Riley's eyes widen.

"I kissed josh." Maya shrugs.

"Why would you do that? What happened with Lucas?" Riley asks confused about everything that has gone down.

"It was just in the moment. I was furious that she would say that he couldn't talk to me. So I did what I do best. Make people mad." Maya chuckles.

"Well you have to talk to Lucas, Maya. I sort of told him that you like him." Riley looks away nervously.

"Riley I'm not ready to face him now that you told him."

"Stop being so stubborn. He likes you too." Riley fake smiles .

"He does?!"Maya smiles wide.

"He told me."Riley notices what maya is wearing and raises a brow.

"Why are you wearing my clothes?"

"I'm not. I just bought these."Maya pulls out her phone.

"You're dressed exactly how I am.."

"Well maybe it's a coincidence." Maya shrugs.

Riley nods. "I'm going get something to drink, want anything?"

Maya shakes her head no and smiles at her phone.

Riley frowns as she walks over to the kitchen.

"Hey kiddo."Josh snaps her out of her thoughts.

"Hey." She mumbles.

"You okay?"

"I think there's something wrong with Maya." She sighs and sits down.

"What do mean?" He raises a brow.

"She isn't the same. Yes she could be..Maya at times but nows different. She's dressing like me and she likes Lucas."

He looks at her confused. "Okay I understand the clothes thing but Lucas? I don't get it."

"She went on a fake date with the Lucas I like. She did it to try to get a rise out of you. She wanted to try to prove to herself that if she was out with a boy that you would care."Riley admits.

Josh looks down. "But now she actually likes him."

"Yeah and I'm frustrated. She's starting to become like me and it's scary. I don't know what to do."

"Take it one step at a time. She'll be back to herself in no time." Josh tries to cheer her up.

"You're right. Maybe I'm just over reacting." She stands up.

Maya walks in. "Hey Riley I'm going to head out now."

"But it's 6 o'clock. You never leave this early."

"Well I wanted to sleep early tonight. School is tomorrow and I want to learn." Maya smiles.

"You never want to learn, Maya."

Josh looks at her. "Riley it's okay, goodbye Maya." He cuts her off.

Maya nods and walks out.

Riley turns to Josh.

"We need to get her back."
