12 - Can't we atleast be a little more than this?

A month later, as usual, the day is just a normal boring day, except, you're not going with your wheelchair anymore.

Its just the same boring day, let me just skip into lunch time.

"Iwaizumi-san?" your teacher called you out when you were about to leave the classroom.
"Yes?" you responded.
"Can you please bring these books to the library?" she asked you.
"Of course," you didn't wanna do it but you had to, who knows she might give you some extra credits.

Library;

You were putting your books that you held to the shelfs, neatly when someone suddenly called you.

"Ahh hello Hanari!" Shibuki approached you and started talking to you.
"Shibuki-san? What are you doing here?"
"Hehe ya know, Oikawa's here so I think I'll accompany him," she smiled as she rubbed the back of her head.
"Can I ask you something?" you gulped.
"Of course"
"How does it feel like dating Oikawa Tooru?"
"Lucky I could say, lucky. He loves me very much and I do too, he's very fun loving and-" you cut her off.
"Okay, thats enough." you chuckled, she laughed too.

After school; gymnasium.

"Onii-san are you done?" you shouted a little at Hajime, as you were walking inside the gymnasium.
"Nope sorry Hanari, I'm having an 'extra' practice today, you can go home with Oikawa, he's over there, he's done," he pointed at Oikawa who was drinking his mineral bottle.

You rolled your eyes at your brother.

"Hey," you approached him.
"Oh yeah! Hanari-chan!!~ we're going home together!~" he stood up and smiled widely.
"Aha yeah." was all you said.

It was an awkward silence during the walk.

"Hanari-chan," he called you out seriously.
"Yeah?"
"Can I tell you something?"
"Of course."

"I love you." Oikawa smiled and looked at you.
"What?" you gasped.
"I love you, Hanari." he turned towards you and looked at you.
"You have a girlfriend." you said it in a monotone.
"I don't really like her actually.." he looked down.

"Wow, what?" you looked at him in curiosity.
"To be honest, I dated her because I, uh, I'm trying to get my attentions away from you." he said it honestly.

This guy I swear.

"Okay," you said as you walked away.
"Wait! Don't you love me too?" he shouted as he ran a little to catch up with you.
"I like what we have now,"
"Can't we atleast be a little more than this?"
"No, respect the loves Shibuki gives you."
"Don't you at least love me a little?"

You stopped walking. You looked back at him who was like 200 centimeters away from you.

"Honestly, Tooru-san, I love you, I do, I really do, but I don't seem want to be with you, I like what we have now," you starred at him.

"If thats what you want then I'll stop talking to you."

"Thats not it." you walked towards him.

I swear Oikawa you're so fucking stressing.

"What?" he looked at you.
"I just, okay, I do want to be with you but I can't seem to handle it," you sighed.
"Handle what?" he looked really sad, his eyes were teary.
"You'll know it sooner or later," you said as you walked away, but he approached you again.
"I love you Hanari-chan!" he said as his tears began to fall of his pale cheeks.

You've never seen Oikawa like this before, thats it. A strong guy will melt over the girl he loves.

"I love you too." you smiled and waved as you walked in to your house.
