Doctor Jauregui (part one)

A/n: AU where the girls are all doctors working in the same hospital.

"Doctor Jauregui, Doctor Hernandez, trauma incoming." The youngest Cabello alerted the two attending's. The pair nodded at her and rushed to put their trauma gowns on.

"Little Cabello, you're on my service today." Sofia heard Doctor Hansen's voice as she rushed around the corner and into the emergency room.

The youngest of the Cabello sisters nodded in response and smiled to her supervising doctor. Just as Dinah was adjusting her scrubs, the sound of ambulance sirens could be heard and the doors flew open.

Lauren was first to rush to the doors, followed by Ally and Dinah, all looking to you laying on the stretcher, groaning at the pain that was radiating through you.

"Dr Jauregui this is y/f/n y/l/n, she's 18 years old, has fallen down the stairs, hypertensive, highly shocked, suspected broken femur and tibia. She's also suffering from extreme pain in the top of her spine." One of the young medics explained to the Cuban trauma surgeon, as they moved you further into the ER.

"Okay, thank you, we've got it from here." She replied smiling to the young medic, then turning her attention back to you.

Laying completely still on the gurney, your head was taped down and between foam blocks to keep you from moving and you could hear chaos around you, not really understanding what was happening. You couldn't feel anything but pain from your waist down and a dull throb in your back, you couldn't speak, so you just laid there silently begging for help.

The truth was that you didn't just 'fall' down the stairs, it was that your boyfriend had pushed you after finding out that you were pregnant. However, he was very intimidating so you thought that it was best for you to keep quiet. He had been abusing you for a few months now, both verbally and physically so you were extremely frightened of his controlling ways. You felt the tears return to your eyes and was pulled back to reality by the sounds of many doctors and nurses surrounding you.

Suddenly, you felt a hand on your shoulder, then opened your eyes to see the most beautiful woman looking down at you. "Y/n, I'm Doctor Jauregui, we're going to take really good care of you okay? We just need to transfer you to an assessment room."

You looked up to her helplessly as her soft tone remained in your mind, she smiled softly at you before looking to her colleagues.

"I only need Doctor Hansen and Hernandez in the room for the moment!"..."You too Sofia, let's go!"

With that, the two other doctors and resident followed Lauren down the corridor as she rushed with you to the nearest room.

You laid still on the comfier hospital bed, looking around you at the unfamiliar surroundings. All you could see was white walls, medical equipment and two professionals talking amongst themselves.

The older, clearly supervising, doctor looked to the petite brunette whilst putting on her blue latex gloves and spoke up once more. "Little Cabello, firstly we're going to assess the patient for any spinal injuries, as she is complaining of pain it is important to-."

"Check full spinal capability, and signs of damage." Sofia finished the sentence whilst placing her clipboard on the side.

Dinah threw some of the blue gloves in the direction of the younger doctor and gave a proud smile. "Very good, I'm proud...now let's get back to the patient."

"Miss y/l/n, I'm Doctor Hansen, and this is my student, Doctor Cabello"..."We just need to check your back okay?"

You looked to the doctors, thinking why are they all so damn pretty in this place? She continued to look at you for consent and you managed to whisper a really quiet yes.
