Dear My Whole Life,

It's been seven years without you, Maya Hart.
It's been seven years without you, best friend.
We've spent 7 very long years apart.

I'm still getting over your death, but things are getting better,
So I'm writing you this letter,
To tell you how things have been.

Lucas only drinks water and juice
And Farkle hasn't touched a drug since then
Our youngest child is eating a chocolate mousse
And the other two are hiding in their homemade den

You're probably wondering why I'm writing to you now
But it's because I want to tell you something
And this is the only way how
It all started one spring

The first time we met
I have to honest
I hated you
But then I grew
We grew

Lucas is great
But missing you
He hasn't been on a date
Since we were 22

Farkle is okay
But his hairs going grey
He's my husband now
What else is there to say?

We were best friends
And we both got boyfriends
We thought that would be it
We all got settled down and all that shit

We promised we'd tell each other everything
Best friends until the end of time
But one thing I didn't tell you is that
I wish you were mine

I love you Peaches.
