"Anni, we changed that movement to the '5, 6' count!" Luna said before wiping the back of her hand against her forehead.
Sulli fanned her face with her hand, "no we didn't! Yah hyung, was it to the five or seven count?"
I stood up and pulled the collar of my shirt back and forth to air my chest out, "five count, Ssul." I replied shortly, not wanting to further enrage our teacher by speaking.
She grunted and stomped around in a circle, "I'm sorry everyone! I'll remember, I'll remember." she apologized.
Victoria took a swig out of her cold water bottle, pressing it against her forehead as she walked back to the stereo to re-start the song.
Krystal pulled her hair up to a high neat ponytail and bent forward to rest her hands on her knees. I put my hands on my hips and breathed heavily.
"How many more times, unnie?" Luna asked.
"As many as it takes." Hyoyeon replied.
We had got in trouble. Yesterday when we were supposed to be practicing, we all fell asleep in the dressing room while waiting for the dance studio to clear (which it had, but nobody had told us.) Hyoyeon had been put in charge of making sure we served our punishment, which we weren't exactly clear on but we
had
gone through every single of our songs and done choreography for the past six hours.
Victoria's face was serious and she had no time for playing around—she was absolutely furious with herself for letting this happen (because she took the blame...even if it was a group effort) because she's supposed to be on a plane to spend the weekend with her family. Luna had her two days booked with her family as well, so did Sulli. I had just been looking forward to resting, and making sure Krystal was alright because she was supposed to be studying.
She and Sulli had been asked if they had decided on attending college, and Sulli had declined for now. Jessica and I intervened with Krystal before she gave an answer but we didn't need to because she had already decided to attend...which meant she had a lot of reading to do in order to be ready.
Hyoyeon had been called out to take care of us for this because all four choreographers had this time scheduled, and she was the next best thing. She was sweating with us too, but was in no way playing around.
"Do it again." she demanded, clicking the song off and re-starting it. "NOW." she yelled at us as we tried to catch our breath.
She knows that if this doesn't go well, she'll be in just as much trouble as we were in. She walked around the room clapping in time, moving our heads and arms where they needed to be/look if they weren't in proper position.
"Maybe you'll remember this if you want to waste MY time again with your excuses!" she shouted.
"Yes, Hyoyeon-ssi!" we shouted in clear unison as we continued to move and sweat harder than we had since our pre-debut days. Because I mean yeah, we'd gotten in trouble before. But this was our first time with sergeant hard-ass over here watching over us.
She ran to the stereo and switched the song, "keep slacking off and I'll keep you overtime, are we clear?!" she asked sternly as she got her blonde hair out of her face.
"YES, Hyoyeon-ssi!" we shouted again.

Three Hours Later.
"I can't...I can't feel...my legs..." Krystal panted as she sat on the wooden floor, resting her head on her arms.
Victoria kept stretching to slow her heart rate back down, getting Luna and Sulli to join her. I walked to Krystal and helped her stand, the both of us stretching with them once she found her footing.
