Chapter 4

[A/N twins in media]

*DAVE P.O.V*

Right now I'm pulling up to the restaurant we supposed to be eating at with my mom's friend I know my moms already here cause I see her car parked a few cars down getting out I walk back and help Ashley out then lock my doors and we walk in.

"Hi welcome to pasti stranieri table for two".the waiter asked pulling out two menus.

"Oh no someone's waiting on me by the name of Barbra".i said and he nodded grabbing Ashley's hand he lead us to the table once we got closer I saw my mom, the weekend, her friend and her husband.

" great you finally made it everybody this is my son David and my grand baby Ashley".she said picking up Ashley sitting back in her seat while I gave her this look as I sat down she knows I don't go by David.

"Hi I'm abél also known as the Weeknd".he said reaching across the table I shake his hand.

"Wassup my name is James and this is my wife Cynthia".the older looking version of abél said holding his hand out I reach over and shake it then turn to his wife to shake her hand she just nodded her head sitting back down a waiter comes over.

"Hello welcome to pasti stranieri my name is Michael and I'll be your waiter for the night can I start you off with any drinks".he said as he handed out menus.

"Wine"

"Champagne"

"Hennessey"

"Ciroc"

"Do y'all have lemonade?".i asked grabbing Ashley because she was reaching for me.

"Yes sir we have regular lemonade and strawberry lemonade ".he said hold his pen and pad waiting on me to decide.

"I'll have two strawberry lemonades make one a small and put it in a kids cup, ".i said he nodded writing it down then walked away.

"So David what is it you do". Cynthia asked I can tell by the way she said it she already don't like me.

*INDIA P.O.V*

I finally got David and Daniel dressed they're both a handful, on one hand, David the crazy Energetic one and then there's Daniel the laid back one.

"Mama we leave".David asked holding his brother's hand I nodded grabbing my purse and phone I look at the time and see I'm a little late walking out the house I unlock the doors and watch the twins get in and buckle up then check just to be sure once I got in I pulled out heading to the restaurant.

~AT THE RESTAURANT ~

Pulling in the parking lot I park by an all-black Bugatti cutting the car off the twins were already out of the car walking to the door causing me to jump out of the car hitting the lock button on my key chain once I catch up to them I grab both their hands.

"Brewster twins you know better don't make me take you to the restroom".i said giving them a stern look they nodded looking down.

"Hi welcome to pasti stranieri table for three".the waitress asked I shook my head no.

"Actually I'm here with a James Westbrook".i said she looked on the list and Motioned for me to follow once we were close by I hear them talking and see a familiar face.

"Ah you made it Barbra and Dave this is our daughter India and our grandsons David and Daniel".my dad said I waved and took a seat putting the twins on each side of me I looked up and noticed Dave looking at me smirking making me scrunch my eyebrows together.

"Surprised to see you showed up". Cynthia said I looked over opening my mouth to say something when a hand going over it already knowing who it is I just rolled my eyes.

"India don't you already know how she is, ".bubba said I nodded and my dad started a conversation.

"Dave does little Ashley here play any sports or gymnastics".he asked smiling down at Ashley it's one thing that can put my dad in a great mood and it's kids he loves them.

"She goes to this dance studio once in a while, ".he said just as the waiter walked up.

"Hello are you guys ready to order".he asked pulling out a pen and pad.

"I'll have the salmon and shrimp bowl". He said.

" can I get the lobster and the kids chicken nugget meal for my daughter ". I said looking at the menu.

"Hi yes I'll have the chicken teriyaki and two cheeseburger meals one without cheese please".i said after that everybody else ordered.

~30 mins later~

Right now everybody's quiet because well they have their food I was actually enjoying it till Daniel spoke.

"Papa Father's Day is coming up in 2 weeks are you going to come, ".he said looking at him with pleading eyes.

"Yea please papa pleaseeee ".David begged.

"I don't know if I'll be able to make it sons maybe another time".my dad said looking at them with sad eyes they both got up and ran outside my eyes grew wide as I chased after them finally making it outside I spot them sitting on the curb so I walk over.

"Hey buds what was all of that about you know papa has a job and he's very busy he came to all your other ones can't he miss this one".i asked rubbing both of their backs as they leaned into me.

"But ma they're going to make fun of us like last time".Daniel said as David nodded saying he agrees I don't know how they talk so well to only be two.

"What are you talking about".i questioned with a confused look.

*DAVE P.O.V*

In the middle of eating one of India's little boys spoke.

"Papa Father's Day is coming up in 2 weeks are you going to come, ".he said looking at him with pleading eyes.

"Yea please papa pleaseeee ".The other one begged.

"I don't know if I'll be able to make it sons maybe another time". James said looking at them with sad eyes they both got up and ran outside India I looked around the table before getting up.

"Ash I'm going to be right back stay with your grandma".i said making my way outside.

Once I get out there I listen to their whole conversation but what caught me is when they said they're going to get made fun of again.

"The kids at school call us bastards because we don't have a daddy".the one that I'm going to say is David said.

"It's bastard and why didn't you tell me I could've done something".she said you could hear the pain in her voice.

"Ma where is our dad".David asked.
