The wind whipped through the students' hair, their scarves flying all over the place. It was the windiest day that winter, perfect for a nasty game of Quidditch. The Gryffindor and Ravenclaw teams were taking their places on the Quidditch pitch.

Elizabeth waved up towards Joshua, even though he couldn't see her. With all of the snow flying around, she could barely see him. As the introduction of the teams commenced, Elizabeth looked for Asher.

After nearly two minutes of searching, she saw his tall figure, adorned in a blue and silver uniform. He looked very strong, more toned than she had noticed before.

"Who's the Seeker for Ravenclaw?" Walburga asked, nearly shouting over the wind and cheers.

"Delaney Rivethough," Matilda answered.

Klaus laughed, "That girl is Bonnie's biggest rival."

"Really?" Elizabeth asked.

"Ever since second year. Bonnie shoved her off of her broom and was suspended from Quidditch for the rest of the term. Had to do two months detention with Professor Merrythought," Klaus told them.

Elizabeth laughed, "I didn't think she was that competitive."

"Well, Delaney is the same way. One match, she didn't even try to get the snitch. She just followed Bonnie around and tried to knock her down. There was a rumor last year that she tried to charm a bludger to chase Bonnie," he explained. "Delaney seems sweet on the outside but is just nasty on the inside."

"Are you joking? I talked to her a few times and she seems like the nicest girl in the world," Matilda questioned.

"She's very smart, helped me study for a potions exam once," Melissa added.

Klaus shook his head, "Just watch her. They haven't let Ravenclaw and Gryffindor play against each other in a while for this exact reason."

So they did. Delaney zoomed past them, her strikingly blonde, nearly white, hair flying behind her. Joshua flew by quickly after she did. They must have found the snitch. Then, Bonnie zoomed past them in the same direction Joshua had just gone.

"What is she doing!" Klaus yelled. "Bonnie, leave it alone!" he tried to holler at her, but she was gone.

Delaney had caught Bonnie's eye and they now flew aggressively near each other. In a swift move, Delaney kicked her leg out and attempted to push Bonnie off of the broom. It wasn't called a foul, so they continued.

The Gryffindors shouted their complaints and a few foul words towards Delaney. Bonnie did a quick duck and nose-dove downward to throw Delaney off. Meanwhile, Joshua was speeding after the barely visible snitch. Delaney was now next to Bonnie again. Elizabeth noticed that everyone else's eyes were on the action that was going on closer to the ground. Bonnie and Delaney were higher than all of the stands. Nobody else was paying attention.

Through the snowy air, Elizabeth could have sworn she saw Delaney take her wand out. She had no time to react in a rational way. Elizabeth pulled her wand out from her cloak and made the worst decision.

"Stupefy," Elizabeth whispered with a quick trash of her wand. In a matter of seconds, Delaney was plummeting towards the ground. Gasps and shrieks filled the stands, students holding out their hands and screaming as if it would save her. Her broom came falling after her. Her high pitched scream was barely audible over the sounds of the students crying out. Quickly, Bonnie dove downwards on her broom, flying as fast as she could, her goggles nearly falling off of her head. She was nearly caught up to Delaney when Asher flew in and scooped her up onto his broom. After a moment of initial shock, the students cheered and clapped at Asher's heroic move. Bonnie hovered above them while Asher slowly made his way to the ground again. Students began running down from the stands and onto the pitch.
