Recap:
You had just walked into your best friends house where you found out Harry had cheated on you with Laila.

"Stop it. I don't ever want to see you again. Don't ever say you love me because you don't. I jus- Ughh... I hate you so much Harry!" I screamed as I made my way to the door before opening. I looked back at Harry on his knees, sobbing into his hands but I didn't have any pity for him. "If you had told me before, I would have gotten out of your way."

---------
I wasn't necessarily keen on moving in with my sister and her boyfriend. They acted way too cuddly and touchy in public, therefore in their bedroom they must have been inseparable.

I didn't want to be there for that.

"A-are you leaving?" A small voice behind me asked. I closed my eyes, them stinging due to all the crying I had done. I didn't want to turn around and face him because I knew I'd fall weak under his eyes. Those eyes that he always used to lure me to him or to make me forget what I had ever been mad about.

"Any sane person would, Harry."

It fell silent as I threw my makeup products into the backpack in my hand. I caught a glimpse of him seated by the bed, his head in his hands and light sniffles coming from.

I felt my anger release a bit at the sight of him so upset. This is exactly what I didn't want, to give in to him.
It would be so easy to go over to him and hug him, tell him everything would be okay and kiss him.

So instead, I decided to ask him about what happened.

"Why? Was I never good enough for you?" I asked, my voice breaking a little as I finished question. He slowly lifted his head up, his once vibrant forest green eyes now a dull green with an unfamiliar red tint.6

"I-I don't know what happened honestly Y/N...I just went over t-to talk to her about school...she offered me a drink then she started coming onto me a-and-" he cried, failing to form a word without stuttering.

"And you just couldn't resist yourself."

"I tried to move away! But my brain was fuzzy and I could just see your face the whole time when she kissed me." He defended. I tried to believe him but the pieces just weren't fitting.

"Had you been drinking?"

"No I swear I hadn't. I haven't been drinking lately and besides, I wouldn't drink in the morning." He spoke lowly, standing up and coming closer to me but keeping his distance.

He had a valid point, however, he hadn't been drinking lately and he never drank in the morning.

"But you said she offered you a drink," I realised.

"Yeah she told me it was pure grape juice." He sighed. "I mean, it did taste funny but I didn't ask question or want to be rude."

His defence was making it very difficult for me to finalise my own thoughts. I just couldn't imagine that Laila would drug Harry. But then again I never expected her to sleep with my boyfriend when she was supposedly my best friend.

My phone buzzed in the back pocket of my shorts. I pulled it out to see it was a message from my sister.

Kaili
I'm outside, are you able to hurry up? Got to pick Cody from the airport.

I looked back to Harry who was already looking at me with an innocent and pleading look.

Maybe I just needed time away from him to think and to get a second opinion from someone I could trust.

"My ride's here." I mumbled, putting my phone back in my pocket. I could almost hear his heart break when his face dropped in sadness and more tears welled up in his eyes.

"Please don't leave me, Y/N. I love you so much." He sobbed, holding onto my wrist to stop me from leaving. Pulling my hand out of his grip was the most painful thing I had to do.

"I'll leave the cat here with you...for company. Don't forget to change his litter box and replace his water and food." I muttered, turning around with my suitcase and makeup bag. I heard him sigh and sit on he bed as I walked towards the door. I stopped there and sighed, knowing I had slightly given into him.

"Give me some time. And then we can talk." I turned around just in time to see his face light up a bit. He nodded his head frantically but resumed to pouting when I stepped out and closed the door behind me.

I got into Kaili's car who gave me a sympathetic look but didn't ask any questions as we drove to the airport.

When he arrived, the two acted as if they hadn't seen each other in months when it was merely a week and a half. But Cody was sweet about my breakup by not bringing up any questions about Harry or Laila, and buying us lunch. I told him I would take it to go because I didn't have an appetite. All I could imagine was Laila having her legs wrapped around Harry and him kissing her neck.

I didn't really have an appetite for the next few days, occasionally taking an apple so I wouldn't pass out. Kaili was very worried about my lack of food intake when she went to work, but I kept reminding her I would eat when I was hungry. I knew she didn't believe me but it's not like she could really force it down my throat.

Every night around 10pm, I would get a message from Harry. I hadn't bothered to change his nickname because it was too hard to do so. It felt like I would be completely ending the long relationship we had.

Baby boy
Goodnight, I love you.

And that was it.

Those four words were all that took for me to atleast manage to sleep peacefully.

But after the 8th night, I stopped receiving messages from Harry...and it did upset me a little.

Maybe he had forgotten about me and moved on. Maybe he was with Laila right now, out on a picnic with champagne whilst sharing sweet little kisses.

That whore.

"Y/N, there's a delivery for you!" Cody called from downstairs. I put my laptop down and ran downstairs much too excited for delivery.

Maybe it was Harry?

But Cody or Kaili wouldn't let him in if it was.

When I reached the bottom of the stairs, I noticed a large box by the door with no tag or even address from who it was.

"Can you open it please?" I looked back to the voice, seeing both Cody and Kaili waiting impatiently for me to open the box. I rolled my eyes but went on to rip the tape off to open the box.

There was a card on the top with a pink ribbon, and I knew as clear as day who it was from.

Laila.
