Aleysa's pov

"Okay everyone make sure to set up for the meeting," I instruct. I then make my way for my photo shoot. I quickly get in my yellow dress and sit on the chair to get my hair and makeup done.

"Hey doll," my makeup artist Arielle barges into the room.

"Hey cutie," I wink.

"So tell me how's school going?," he starts the conversation as he works his magic on my face.

"It's going great I'm graduating early with honors," I say with pride.

"Congratulations babydoll."

"Thank you. you better come to my seventeenth birthday/graduation party," I point my finger at Arielle giving him a serious look.

"I will try my best you know how I'm in such high demand now," he batts his eyelashes at me.

"I know, but please try."

1 hour later...

"All done," Arielle excitedly says spinning my chair around to look in the mirror.

"As always, I love it," I gratefully smile. My hair is in lose curls and my makeup is on fleek. I put on some gray contacts and I'm officially ready for my shoot. I make my way towards the studio and I nearly scream out of joy as I spot my mother I haven't seen for a few weeks due to my busy schedule.

"Mom," I utter as she quickly turns around a huge smile forming on her face as she embraces my hug.

"I miss you so much," my voice cracks.

"Me too princess you need to come over soon," mother reminds.

"I will as soon as my schedule slows down a bit."

"Are you excited for your big party in a few weeks," she asks excitedly.

"Yes, you're coming right?"

"Of course I am you're my world," she lovingly responds.

"What are you doing here? This isn't your favorite place to be at," I confusedly ask remembering how she doesn't really come around here due to my father.

"I brought your newest model to audition," she informs.

"New model? Who is she?," I jump up and down looking forward to meeting the newbie.

"He... his name is Jason McCann," she replies.

"That's great I'm surprised dad hasn't told me about this," I scrunch my brows together confusedly.

"He wasn't so thrilled. I had to practically force him to give my kid a chance," she sighs.

"Kid? Mom is there a brother I don't know about?," I question jokingly.

"No no nothing like that honey. He's one of my clients," she giggles.

"Woah," I laugh.

"You look beautiful by the way." she smiles.

"Thank you mom," I smile as I give her another hug. Suddenly the door bursts open revealing a tall young man with blonde hair nicely combed back. His light brown hazel eyes lock with mine and we stare at one animal for a minute before we're interrupted by my mother.
