Chapter 40 (39 pt.2)

{Ryley's POV}
As soon as I walked up to the side of Starbucks I felt my heart beating faster then a race car. I kept telling myself not to freak out when he got here but sure enough, as soon as I saw him my heart skipped a beat however Hunter, His head hung as heavy as the moon.
He walked over not looking at me.
I looked down at his hoodie, in the corner of my eye I saw he was holding on to his sleeve tightly.
He didn't...He couldn't have.
"Hunter, give me your arm"
"Ryley-"
"Give me your arm Hunter" I said firmly.
Hunter raised his arm and let go of the sleeve.
I pulled his sleeve up and what I saw hurt like hell.
You know that feeling when you find something out that it actually, physically breaks your heart yeah well, that's what happened.
I saw cuts. 12 to be exact. They were scabbed over so not too recent.
My heart stopped as I ran my already shaking fingers over them.
My heart shattered into a million pieces.
I did this to him.
A few tears glided down Hunters cheek.
I looked up and wiped them away with my thumb.
"It's okay Hunter. You're allowed to cry" I smiled almost crying myself.
Hunter looked into my eyes
"I miss you" He chuckled.
I joined in on the laugh
"I miss you too"   I smiled.

Hunter looked at me, all I saw in his eyes at that moment was love.
I laid my hand on his cheek and I leaned in so that our mouths were only a breath away.
"Never again"
Hunter leaned in and kissed me.
It was a kiss filled with such desire, such passion.
Our lips moved in sync until I pulled away.
I realized that I had to tell him about Jonas but first, me cutting.
I looked at him sadly.
"I cut too" I frowned.
Hunter looked at me, not disappointed but... what's the word.... sympathetically.
"Breaking up with you broke my heart" I laid my hand on Hunters cheek.
"Lets promise each other that we won't cut again because now, we have each other again"
"Okay, I promise."
Right there in that very moment, as we stared into each others eyes, getting lost in the moment, I felt something cold on my head.
I looked up and saw it was raining. 

"Everything is more romantic with rain" I laughed   

"Come here and let me kiss you" Hunter laughed pulling me close.
I totally got lost in the kiss. But now it's time to tell Hunter about Jonas. I pulled away again.
I licked my hand(I know it's gross 😂 but I need something here) and wiped my eye. Makeup came off, revealing a huge bruise surrounding my eye.
Hunter stopped smiling and touched it gently.
"Hunter, Jonas he.... he hits me"
"He did this to you!??!" Hunter turned around and ran. It's the fastest I've ever seen him run.
I knew at that very moment that I had to chase after him or something was going to happen that I wouldn't be there for.

When I got to the house I saw the door was wide open. I rushed in to hear
" WHY WOULD YOU HURT HER? SHES EVERYTHING TO ME" Hunter screamed, his voice cracking.
"Oh so that thing finally told you"
Jonas smiled.
"She's not a thing. She's my girlfriend" With that Hunter hauled off and punched Jonas right in the jaw, knocking him to the ground and then stomping upstairs.

So turns out Jonas happened to be in to pick up some legal work and then Hunter stormed in and well... you know the rest.
"I'm going to go bring him some ice for his fist" I frowned at mom.

I walked upstairs and into the room to see Hunter pacing back and forth.
"Come here baby" I smiled with my arms opened.
"What?!" He's angry.
"Come hold me" Hunter stopped and came over, leaping onto me, knocking us both over.
We both started cracking up laughing.
" I missed this" He smiled. 
Hunter turned me over so that my back was on the bed and knelt over me, he leant in, us being only a kiss away. I wrapped my arms around his neck and pulled him down.
Our lips collided and moved in sync.
Hunter pulled away and kissed my forehead.
"Me too" I blushed.
"So, I was going to ask you if you and your mom wanted to spend the night over with my mom"
I smiled.
"Id love to" I smiled.

I called out to mom and asked and since we are all so close she said yes so we got packed and started to walk over there. Me and Hunter holding hands and mom walking alone behind us.
I had presents for Hunter that I bought him before we broke up.
"You know, you are a beautiful girl" Hunter smiled stopping me in my tracks.
"You know you're a gorgeous boy" We both leaned in and kissed. Just a short kiss though because mom was there so we had to keep it Pg-13.

Once we got to Hunters I walked inside and so did mom. Automatically everyone ran to me.
Ashton ran over hugging me.
"I'm so glad you're back sis"
"Me too" I smiled widely.
Next was Christine.
"It's so good to have my girls again" She laughed.
"Boys are a lot aren't they" I smiled looking back at Hunter.
Then was Brandon.
"I knew you guys would get back together"
I felt Hunter put his hands on my hips.
"Me too" Hunter smiled.
"Okay well, All you kids scadaddle, us grown ups need our bonding time" 
We all wanted bonding time too so we ran off to Brandon's room, but in the end me and Hunter ended up in his room.

Me and Hunter just laid on the bed and all of a sudden I felt like I really wanted to kiss him.
I jumped onto him courageously and kissed him. It was a very very good kiss.
Next thing I know it's a heated make out session. I don't want to stop though.
Hunter rolled over on top of me, still kissing.
This is so great.
All of a sudden, the door opens and all I hear is my mom saying,
"Oh my goodness. I have to go"
Hunter rolled off, both of us laughing. 
"Well, we are teens" I chuckled.
Hunter smiled.
"True. Well, we should probably go downstairs now" Hunter smiled nervously, rubbing the back of his neck.
"We should.... but one more kiss."
"Fine"
I walked towards Hunter and connected our lips once again.
I pulled away holding his hand.
"Lets go muffin" I smiled at Hunter.
He agreed and then we went downstairs.

As soon as we got down there we knew mom told Christine.
Me and Hunter were blushing so bad.
"Come sit down" My mom wouldn't look at us.
Oh lord 😂😂
We sat down and then they started to go on about how they expected this is happen and that all the feelings we are having are natural.
We stopped them and walked outside laughing.
"Well then, that was awkward" Hunter laughed falling to the ground.
I laid down next to him, I laid my head on his arm.
We laid there just talking and looking at the star, watching and listening to the rain fall until 12 and then it was time for bed. I wore one of Hunter's really long tee shirts.I laid down on his bed and then he walked in the room. When he was turned away so I grabbed his butt and then turned over.

"Come cuddle" I smiled," I missed your cuddles"

"Okayyy fine" He smiled, " Only because we just got back together"

Hunter climbed in bed and with in 15 minutes of cuddling I was out like a light.
