Chapter 46

Jess pov

How am I going convinced Lucy that her dead brother haunts my house? She will either think I'm crazy or playing with her emotions. But I will do this for Luke.

We walk back in the living room and sit back on the couch

"I need to tell you something" I say to Lucy but I keep my eyes on the carpet

"You can tell me anything" she says

"your not going to believe me but please hear me out" I breath out

I look at Luke and he gives me a small smile.

Here goes nothing.

"When I moved into this house I didn't know what had happened here but I knew something bad had happened and I would hear noises but I thought it was my imagination so I ignored it. Until one day I knew Something was off so I went into the basement and there was a boy with blonde hair and green eyes staring at me in shock" I say and finally look up at her she looks confused "I first thought he just broke into my house but my aunt she couldn't even see him when he was standing next to me. He told me his name was Luke"

I can't tell if she mad or sad her face is just blank.

"Why are you saying this" she say taking a deep breath

"Because it's true and he told me to tell you " I say quietly

"This isn't funny" I can tell she's getting mad and I don't blame her

"I can prove it to you" I say quickly "he loves the Star Wars movie, his favorite color is green just like his eyes and when he smiles it's the kind of smile that even if you were having the worst day of your life you couldn't help but smile back at him"

I can tell she still doesn't quiet believe me, I look at Luke.

"Tell her mom named her after I Love Lucy and dad named me after Luke Skywalker, our first foster home parents were named Patrick and Patricia, she had a hamster named pumpkin, her favorite movie growing up was Peter Pan, she has a scar on her finger from cutting it on a rose thorn" he tells me

"Your mom named you after the show I Love Lucy and your dad named Luke after Luke Skywalker, your favorite film growing up was Peter Pan, you had a hamster named Pumpkin, your first foster parents were named Patrick and Patricia and uh o you have a scar on your finger from cutting it on a rose thorn" I finally finish

She looks shocked "h-how do you know all of that"  I still can't tell if she believes me

"Luke told me"

"Luke told you?" She shakes her head and sighs

"He's actually sitting next to me" I mumble

Luke stands up all of a sudden and grab a pillow off the couch and throws it across the living room and moves the coffee table.

Lucy screams but quickly covers her mouth.

"D-did you see that" she whispers

"Yeah it was Luke" I tell her

"Ghost aren't real" she says closing her eyes tightly

"I used to think so until I moved here"
