You watch your feet kick out as you swing on the playground.  It's silent at the little run down park except for the squeaking of the chain as it supports your swinging weight. The air is thick and electric as dark clouds roll over head. A large crack of thunder demands your attention, and a bright flash of white light illuminates the world around you.

"(y/n)? You need to wake up..."

You barely hear the whisper; it slips away just as suddenly as it came. You look around, slowly coming to a stop on the swing. You strain your ears, waiting in silence for any other noise.
Nothing. With a shrug, you hop off the swing. You walk away from the park, the streets empty as the wind picks up, sending shivers through your body. Above you, thunder rumbles and a flash of lighting shoots across the grey sky.
"(Y/n), you need to wake up... NOW!"
You continue walking, oblivious to the demanding voice, and you take a turn into the forest. With no hesitation, you walk carelessly through, the feeling of danger nipping at your consciousness. You begin to speed up as the wind gets colder. Around you, the trees begin to look thicker and soon their bark has hidden faces in them, all with the same creepy smile. As you continue on, the smiles begin to glow. They were so bright, that they burned themselves into your eyelids. Everytime you closed your eyes that smile would still be there... You shake your head, blaming the waning light on your hallucinations as you try to dismiss the feeling of fear creeping up on you. Before long, it is nearly impossible for you to see your own hand in front of your face. A crack of Thunder and the world around you is illuminated. In the brief second of clarity something becomes evident. You are not alone. Across from you is what appears to be a man, though he is shrouded in darkness. Your eyes lock, and almost immediately fear strikes through you as the "man" grins. Everything goes black. The crunching of leaves and soft, maniacal laughter make your blood run cold. You turn on your heel and begin running. The sounds coming from the "man" grow louder, and you begin to panic.
"(Y/n) WAKE UP. NOW, I NEED YOU TO WAKE UP"
Another crash of thunder and rain begins to pelt the earth. The sound becoming so deafening that you can no longer hear the person behind you.  You run even faster, desperately trying to get away from what is chasing you.
The rain stops.
You freeze.
It's dead silent as you pant to catch your breath. After a few moments, you stand straight. A sharp cold wind pushes into you, sinking its teeth into your bones.
"Boo"  The voice was so close, you could feel the heat of it's breath across your neck. The only problem was, it was more than one voice.

You scream and take off running again, when you hit something tall and solid. You fall flat on your back, scrambling to get up, before a cold hand wraps around your neck, lifting you off the ground. You squirm and fight uselessly. The man just chuckles, but the laugh was contorted, as if there was more than one voice in the same body.
"Tell your father I said hello~"  A smile. In all of the darkness, the only thing that you can see is this man's chilling smile. The same smile all the trees had. The same, terrifying smile that has burned itself into your memory. It alone makes you pale and shake in fear. The smile only grows as he squeezes your neck, shutting off your air supply. His free hand lands a fatal blow to your stomach. You let out a strangled and faint scream as you feel his hand stretch then eventually tear through your skin. The pain is agonizing and tears stream down your face. His smile only grows bigger as he tears out your organs. Your world slowly fades to black.

************************************
You wake up screaming. You feel someone try to grab you and you thrash, falling off the bed. Again you feel hands on you and you lash out, kicking and screaming.
"(Y/n)!! (Y/n) calm down! Please!! It's alright just calm-"
You can't see anything. All you can see is that terrible, awful smile. You swing your arm, and you feel you hand connect with something. A heavy thud fills the room and you begin to panic.
"It's too quiet."
You begin to shake and you curl up.
"Boo"
You scream. The voice was inside your head. You cover your ears and scream, unable to get his maniacal laughter out of your head.
Something wraps around your waist, and you feel your body leave the floor. Fanatically you begin to thrash and fight, terrified of the pain you were sure was coming. Something soft touches your forehead, then your eyes. Slowly, the laughter dies, the darkness fades and you are able to see again.
Jeff lay knocked out on the floor. The whole room itself was trashed. Slowly you looked up. Holding you was someone you never even knew existed. He held you gently, almost cautiously. The faceless being slowly brings you higher, level with his "face."
Slender man spoke faintly into your mind,
Are you alright (y/n)?
Tears fall freely down your face as the pieces slowly slip together. With a faint and raspy voice, you stutter out, "F-Father?"
