Every being including the Alpha, the headmaster and Paxton had been destroyed. Nawala, namatay. The Mistress did her part, to make the world suffer darkness and destruction. Ganito siya kalakas.
If Kiyan can bring life, then she can bring death.
If Kiyan creates, she destroys.
If he's the light, she's darkness.
They are complete opposite. Light and dark, life and death.
Dahil sa pangyayaring ito, mas lumakas pa si Shea because the whole world is full of darkness.

Kiyan began to glow. Isang nakakasilaw na liwanag ang bumalot sa kanya as something forms on his hand. It's a staff just like Shea. Pero imbis bungo ang nakaukit sa dulo nito, it's a leaf. A leaf that symbolizes life and creation.
Tumingin siya kay Shea na ngayon ay nanatiling nakaluhod at nakayuko hawak ang kanyang espada.
Just like Kiyan, nabalot rin siya ng liwanag, ngunit ito ay itim.

Yumuko si Kiyan para makapantay nya si Shea. Pinunasan niya ang luha nito and he caressed her face.
"My Queen, the world needs to be balanced. That's why you're here. Humans must experience misery for them to get stronger and value the gift of life they have."
