Today at school you were quiet like how you always were, but this wasn't just a regular day
I could tell you were depressed, you told me recently that you were diagnosed with depression, again
I am still by your side from the first time you had it
Your hair color, the color that reminded me of cotton candy was like how it always was, but it seemed darker today
Everything seemed darker today, I could tell your depression was showing, your eyes had the word 'pain' written all over it
When we got to my house after school, I went to my bathroom to change
When I came out I saw you changed into the clothes that you ways kept at my house
Heck the whole guest room was really your room
I saw you on my bed in your sweatpants and oversized shirt showing your collarbone, besides the exposed collarbone of yours showing
I saw that you were crying an ocean, tears trickled down your face one after the other
I sat on my bed and pulled you into a hug calming you down until you slept
You finally came down at 1:34am
No school for us
Your mood was like the rain today ; your depression made you cry like the clouds today, you and the clouds both eventually calmed down
You were a cloud full of emotions ready to burst
You were rain today
