This is just an extra for valentine's day, it may not be referred to in the actual story, but if you want a place, this occurs before chapter 6, (in-between 5 and 6) Enjoy.
It was that time of year again, the day where everyone who has a lover shows it off. The day I loathed. I didn't loathe the day just because I am single... and have never had a valentine, it was because this was the day I felt alone on. Leah has a boyfriend, Emileen stalks her crush, and me... I'm alone.
I open up my curtains to the valentine's morning, I guess since I am at a boys school I will not be alone. I walk down the dorm stairs and into the school building.
I freeze.
VALENTINES DAY DANCE
A large sign hangs up, everyone is walking around everywhere, I didn't know this school took this so seriously.
"Valentines can't be this serious?" I say out loud,
"They did this last year as well," Jackson comes stands beside me,
"I thought valentines was a girl thing, why are we celebrating it with a dance?" I ask,
"Well all the girls from the normal schools come to the dance, there is an entry fee so it is for money for the school, new equipment,"
"I guess that's why the boys are pumped for it, girls and new equipment, lucky lucky," I say as I begin to walk to class,
"Where are you going?" Jackson asks,
"To class, where else?" I tell him,
"All classes are canceled, so we can prepare for the dance," Jackson informs me,
"Argh! Just great," I say as I walk back the other way,
"Where are you going now?" he asks,
"Back to my dorm," I tell him,
"The boys in rank C class need your help, visit them before you go back," Jackson tells me,
"Fine," I say as I walk to the Rank C classroom. I walk in to see five guys all sitting at the desks talking,
"You called?" I get their attention,
"Elena!" one of the boys yells,
"We need your help!" another one yells,
"That's why I'm here," I say, I don't want to be here,
"We need your advice on girls," they say,
"Ah, bye," I sigh and try to leave,
"No! Please! Elena, you are our only hope," they claim,
"What do you want to know? I will not answer any stupid questions," I say, then add.
"Thank you!"
"Hurry up, before I leave," I say,
"Okay, how do you ask a girl out?" they ask,
"Walk up to them, and ask them out," I say,
"Okay, how do you talk to them?"
"First of all, it isn't them, a girl is a person. Second of all talk to them about whatever you and they enjoy, casual convo,"
"Then what?"
"Okay, if you seriously need this much help you aren't ready for dating yet. If you like the girl it comes naturally, if it doesn't oh well there is more fish in the sea. To get a girl you need to treat her like she is the only girl in the world like she is your life, your soul, your purpose, the more faithful you are to them the same should happen back if it doesn't then she isn't the one. Enough info? Now I'm going back to my room," I say,
