Storyshift Chara x Reader (why does this still get reads)

As the stars shine.

You didn't know what happened, it was like a 'dream' as Napstablook shattered the barrier. As you and the rest of the monsters walked out. The stars shone. It was brighter than the underground's. The night sky was engulfed by the land as the sun were to shine elsewhere.

As people left you were 'Appointed' as the 'ambassador' of the monsters. As only you and Chara were there on the cliff side. You both looked at each other as your faces leaned in, as you were kissing her. She licked your bottom lip obviously asking for an entrance as you kindly accepted it was a battle for dominance as she won and explored your 'Cavern(s)' she wrapped her hands around your neck to deepen the kiss, seconds later you two parted for air.

(Y/N): "Well, we should catch up with the rest eh?"

Chara: "Yup. But we'll use a shortcut."

You were teleported with the rest as everyone was walking toward the nearest city. The monsters entered nobody seemed to care. You walked toward the mayor, as his face lit up.

Mayor: Are you (Y/N)?

(Y/N): Yes, why might you ask?

Mayor: Your guardians. They have been oh so worried about you! Do you even know how long you've been gone?

(Y/N): Unfortunately not.

Mayor: Well, you've been gone for about 10 months.

(Y/N): Really? It felt like days.

Mayor: Well, I already contacted your guardians. They'll be here any minute.

After the mayor said those words, seconds later you feel hugs behind you. They were your guardian(s).

Guardian #1: (Y/N)! Where did you go?!

(Y/N): The underground.

Guardian #2: Well, it seemed obvious sense. Ya' know the monsters of the underground had followed you.

(Why I put guardians is because of ither who are unfortunate/fortunate to not have (or have adoptive parents)
