"Oh my goodness! What time is it?"
I checked my alarm clock next to me.
It had a little dent after I slammed my arm on it a little too hard. My alarm clock read 7:30.

"Perfect! I'll still have time to get ready and to eat breakfast!"

Since eomma was such a sweet lady. She left me with some eggs, milk, toast and other things to use for my meals. But after I run out of stuff I'd have to go and buy them myself.

I decided to cook up some scrambled eggs with some toast in the little kitchenette. And once I finished I felt very proud of my little masterpiece and started eating!

Ring ring ring ring

"Hmm?"

Ring ring ring ring

"What is that?" I glanced around the room and saw a little telephone that was shaking violently. I answered it quickly.

"Hello?"

"Oh hello! This is Jimin from room 144. I just wanted to check on you and see if you're awake!"

"Oh Jimin, thank you. Please come inside and have breakfast with me!"

"Alright I'm coming."

I heard the line close from the other end. Then I heard a knock my door. I dashed to the door to see the chubby-cheeked boy again.

"Hey!" He said.

"Please come in!" I said and signalled him to come inside.

After Jimin stepped inside the room he looked around a bit and said,

"This room is so clean...my room is a dump. Seriously, did you come here yesterday?"

"Yes I did, I arrived 5 minutes before you knocked on my door actually."

"I see..."

"Lemme bring you some breakfast first!"

I brought Jimin the leftovers of the eggs that I had just cooked and a piece of toast. He seemed satisfied and ate quickly.

"So...what's your name again? I don't believe you told me yet."

"Oh...haha yeah. My name is Byun Sooyoung!"

"Sooyoung huh...cute name! Well thank you Sooyoung for the breakfast and I think we should get going now or we'll be in trouble."

I nodded and we left to go the building hall. When arriving we sat in random seats and waited for the speech to begin.

I looked around and saw many young teenagers like me who are here for the same exact reason as me. Competition is gonna be high!

Then the lights turned off and a man stepped on stage with the spotlight on him.

"Hello my dear friends! I am the owner of JYP Entertainment, Park Jinyoung and I would like to welcome all of you. As you all know today is the start of a new training period for trainees and I'm glad to see so many enthusiastic youngsters here. Now, all of you will be given a slip as you walk out of the hall and this slip will have a letter. That letter will determine which group you will be put in for the rest of your training period. And depending on your abilities as a trainee, you yourself will determine the length of your training period.

Also, your rooms and your wellbeing are all up to you. Whether you are clean with your room or not we want it back the way it was once your training period ends. And you'll need to be responsible for yourselves.

If any of you require any assistance in anything, go to the receptionist at the front desk and she'll help you. Good bye and have a good day! You are dismissed."

A big clap could be heard. Many cheers and whistles too. Seems like he's very well loved by everyone.

"I hope we'll be in the same group!" Jimin suddenly said startling me a little bit.

"Yeah, me too!"

We started walking towards the door and there a lady handed us the slips.
As we stepped out of the Hall, we quickly checked our slips to see the letters that we got.

"I got the letter A! What did you get?" Jimin exclaimed.

"I got the letter A too!" I screamed.

"Yay! That means that we'll be in the same group together."

We smiled and jumped around like two little toddlers.

"If you are in group A please report to the Western Wing, if you are in group B then please report to the Eastern Wing, and if you are in group C please report to the Southern Wing." A lady with a very loud monotonous voice said and guided people around.

"I guess we should go to the Western Wing then." Jimin said.

"Yep! Let's go!" I said and we started running towards the Western Wing.
