Chapter - 45

After sometime, there were two people at our door, Father Thomas and Father Warren.

Granny was with them, making arrangements for exorcism.

Finally all the arrangements were made by the evening and even my uncle, Joseph Smith had arrived.

Granny put the Ouija Board, which was made with the powers of her and several other priests, along with that of the Church fathers.

Father Thomas, Father Warren and Granny sat around the Ouija Board.
Apart from them, they also needed one other common person and I took that place.

Granny also made a powerful crystal, in which she advocated her powers of hypnotism as well.

She began by asking, "Shantanu, are you here?"
The crystal didn't move a bit.

She repeated, "Are you here now, Shantanu?"

And the crystal moved to 'yes'.

"What do you want?" She asked.

The crystal moved to various alphabet, which read,
"Don't you know?"

And all of a sudden, dad started screaming and howling.
He told, "I'm not gonna leave any of you."
Oh god, he was possessed.

Looking at dad, Jessy and mom were scared and they kept screaming.

Granny moved the crystal to 'end' as we had to first control dad and she slowly moved towards him.

Dad scolded Granny, "You cannot do anything with your holy shit.
I'm myself the god. Shantanu is the ultimate power in this universe."

The Church fathers and uncle tried holding dad, but it just seemed impossible.
Listening to the screams from our house, Aunt Jones and Uncle Patrick rushed to our place.

Uncle Patrick too helped them in controlling dad.

Since Shantanu was extremely powerful, they couldn't pull dad into the bedroom to tie him to the bed.
Hence, they managed with the long six-seater sofa bed.

"What are you here for?" Granny asked dad.

"To kill the four haters and enemies of mine", he answered.

I was shocked, as it was only dad and uncle whom he wanted to kill, i.e., two members.

Granny asked him, "Who're they?"

Since he kept laughing and didn't reply, Uncle Patrick slapped dad.
He again laughed loud saying, "Whatever physical pains you cause, aren't gonna ache me. It's this human who's gonna suffer and that's what I want!"

Father Thomas blackmailed Shantanu that he'd perform the exorcism and ruin him, along with his Mansion.

Since he was well experienced, he knew how to deal with those tough evil spirits.

"I'm not gonna leave you. You're one of my targets!" Shantanu told, pointing towards Uncle Patrick.

"Why? Why do you wanna kill him?" Father asked.

"He was one of my haters, my brother, Mark Russells."

"And who's the other one now?" I murmured in tense.

"YOU!" He told, pointing towards me.

My heart was beating fast, to know why he wanted to kill me and mainly, to know the answer for 'why I could see the Mansion'. I was desperate to know the relation between me and him!
