Chapter 5
Making Memories
-(Y/N)'s POV-

Johnny swung our hands back and forth, and I gave him a goofy smile. Eventually the store came into view, and I thought of when I first met Rosita.
Johnny and me walked through the door and I grabbed a cart, I then went to the aisle with junk food. Johnny gave me a weird look and keep shrugged,
"Hey man, I get hungry sometimes."
Then Johnny said something that I never thought this innocent, gentle, and amazing gorilla would ever say:
"But that shouldn't be a problem now that you have me."
My jaw fell open and I turned around and looked at him,
"Okay, you imposter where's Johnny? My Johnny would never say that," I demanded, and Johnny laughed.
"Your Johnny? And I'm still me, just a bit more open..." he said and I turned a dark shade of red.
I already get super flustered when we just kiss, but thinking about that....ahem, anyway!
"Slip of the tongue, heh..." I said, and turned back to the cart.
"In a way you're right, I mean we are dating now, aren't we? So I'm yours and you're mine...." Johnny said, and I nodded.
"True, but still if you're going to make comments like....that, do that at home please." I said, and glanced around.
My face felt like it was burning off.
I heard Johnny laugh at me, but he complied to my wishes.
'Plus, we probably won't be doing THAT anytime soon...depending on how long we last.'

Why do I have such depressing thoughts? Can I please just enjoy the time I have with him now instead of focusing on the future?
I

grabbed some chips, cookies, and basically stuff that I don't need to put in my body.
"Would you ever want a family with me?" I asked Johnny, and gawked at the sentence that came from my mouth, "I mean-not that I'm thinking about it-I'm just curio-" I was cut off by Johnny.
"Apparently I haven't made it obvious enough to you.....but (Y/N)...I'm pretty sure I'm in love with you..." Johnny said, making me stop dead in my tracks.
I heard him suck in a nervous breath, and I turned around to look at him.
"Y-you mean it?" I asked, barely above a whisper. He nodded and I threw my arms around him in a hug,
"I'm pretty sure I'm in live with you too..." I said into his chest, and Johnny hugged me tightly.
'Maybe we can have a family together?'
"And to answer your question, of course I would. But maybe when we are a bit older and more prepared?" Johnny said, and I nodded.
"Well duh, we ain't gonna go home and get busy right away." I said, chuckling and Johnny tunlrned slightly red at my sentence.
'I cannot seem to control my mouth today...'
We continued shopping, and a few animals recognized us, calling us the 'soulful singers'. We both liked the title, and we couldn't wait till the next show Moon would put together.

When Johnny and me got home we laid on the couch and watched TV, but my focus was in the future.
I imagined a bunch of Johnny and me's creations running around, and I couldn't stop smiling. All the children were unique, some were foxes with brown fur, others were small gorillas with white fur with speckles of brown.
There were only 4 kids, but there was three boys and one girl. The girl was a fox, but her brothers still loved her. And because she was the youngest they always protected her, and I couldn't help but let out a happy sigh.
I turned and looked at Johnny, and he noticed after a moment.
"What? Is there something on my face?" He asked, and wiped his face, making me laugh.
"No Johnny, you're fine. I just got lost in the future..." I said, and he smiled at me.
"Soon, (Y/N). We'll have our own family, I promise." Johnny said, giving me a gentle kiss.
I sighed into the kiss, and then the doorbell rang. I pulled away with a grumble and went to the door.
I opened the door to find Rosita at my door, wait what?
"Uhm, hey? How do you know where I li-" she cut me off,
"That doesn't matter right now, I just wanted to see you." She said, and then I remembered that nobody knows that Johnny and me basically live together.
I tried to object but she pushed past me into the living room, and I let out a small sigh of defeat.
"Crap..." I mumbled  and followed her. When she saw Johnny she turned and gave me a questioning glance, and then Johnny noticed her.
"Uhm, hey Rosoita.." he said, and then I saw that glint in her eye.
"Did you two...?" She asked, and both of our eyes widened.
"No!" We both yelled, and she started laughing.
"Oh that was great, and I was just joking. Have you two talked about it then?" She asked, and we both stood next to each other in silence.
Rosita gawked at us,
"Wait really? Planning for the future already? Do we need to plan a wedding too?"
I shook my head quickly, and kept my gaze on the floor.
"N-nah, we were just-um...I dunno..." I said, and I felt Johnny's gaze on me.
"We were shopping just shopping and the 'kid' topic popped up." Johnny explained, both of us desperately wanting out of this situation.
"You guys went shopping together?!" She squealed, and I looked at Johnny.
We gave each other an 'uh-oh' look as Rosita fangirled.
"Okay, as much as I enjoy this I'm getting kinda tired." I lied, yawning. Rosita sighed but complied and left,
"We can talk later, right?"
"Of course! Bye!" I shut the door quickly, and I turned around to look at Johnny.
"What the heck..." I said, and Johnny nodded.
"Indeed, but if there's one thing I couldn't keep my mind off of, is that we'll have a family some day." He said, and he embraced me, kissing me softly.
'This is the only guy for me...'

Okay so this one is out a little latex and really short! But I wrote this chapter in 30 minutes because I was busy working on a speech for school, and I was forced to play baseball with my family. And of you know me I am not good with athletics, as I'm being forced to play a sport next year, and I'm choosing basketball. But maybe I'll get out of it by joining something else. Anyway, no more rambling. Would you guys want a time skip a few years ahead, or what? Give me some ideas please!
