Chapter 10

*Few days later*

-Kelsey's POV-

"Hey Kels. Heres your suitcase. Start packing for England tomorrow." Zayn said, throwing the suitcase on my bed.

"Thanks. I guess." I whispered the last part and flinched as i was looking through my closet. Zayn's eyes were pure black. I got this uncomfortable feeling so i looked away. I listened as he slammed the door closed leaving me in silence.

I got out a few shirts, jeans, bras, underwear and socks and.placed them in the suitcase. I zipped it up and rolled it to the corner of the room. I went to my mirror and looked at the bruises on my neck, collar bone, stomach, arms, face and legs that have turned into this yellow looking color.

I used my makeup to cover them up as best i could and left the room to go into the livingroom. Niall glanced at me and smiled. I sat next to him and he wrapped his arm around me. I snuggled close to him.

"You two are getting very close." Harry smirked. Zayn was glaring at me and Niall so i scooted away from Niall. He gave me this confused look but i slouched down in the seat, avoiding eye contact from everyone.

"So what do you guys want to do?"" Liam asked. We all shared glances and it was as if we all read each others minds when we answered.

"Pizza and a movie!!" Everyone laughed. Harry got out his phone and ordered 4 large pizzas and the rest of us picked out a movie to watch as we waited.

I had just gotten done with my 3rd slice of pizza when Niall asked to speak with me alone. I followed him to his room where it was quiet.

"Whats up Niall?" I asked, plopping down on his bed. He sighed and began to pace around the room.

-Niall's POV-

I began to pace the room wondering how exactlly i was going to tell her this. I took a deep breath and sat next to her. I took her gentle hands into mine.

"Kelsey. I know youve been through alot lately but theres something i need to tell you." She raised an eyebrow, waiting.

"I love you Kelsey. Ive been in love with you since we met last year. Kelsey youre the best thing that has happened to me. And i will do anything to protect you and make sure youre safe. I know i....failed a few times but it wont happen again because i love you. And i want us to be together."

I leaned in and placed my lips against hers. It felt so right untill hee delicate hand pressed against my chest and pushed me away.

"I...im sorry Niall. I..i just cant right now." She said. Her eyes became shimmery with moisture. I just nodded and wiped a tear that escaped her eyes. Silence filled the room for a minutes untill Kelsey spoke.

"I think we should head back before Harry says something about us being in here for so long." She giggled. I chuckled and followed her out of the room. Yes im upset but if she wants to wait, ill wait for her. No matter how long the wait.

I sit down on the couch and Kelsey lays down with her head on my lap. I played with her hair as we watched the movie. I noticed Zayn was staring at Kelsey and when our eyes met, he quickly looked away. 'Uhhh okaayyyy?'
