summary

HYDRA was infamously known for experimenting on innocent people to support their selfish, hateful ideals. stella kaiser, a girl from a wealthy family in germany, became a victim of their selfishness after being kidnapped and taken to an underground HYDRA base. during her miserable years with HYDRA, they botched stella's vocal chords in attempts to turn her into a vessel for their cause. after 10 years of brutal experimentation, stella was one of the few abductees who managed to escape during the unforeseen hijack of the HYDRA base. secretly boarding a cargo ship to new york city, she escapes her tragic past in hopes to create a new life for herself. little did she know, she'd stumble across the famous group of vigilantes known as the avengers, who later will lead her towards an arrogant speedster and an abnormal witch.

this story closely follows the events that take place during the AOU movie, so be wary of spoilers if you're a new MCU fan.

i do not own any character mentioned in this story besides stella (or any other minor characters who I come up with along the way). stella, however, is strongly based off of banshee from x-men: first class. he was always the driving force behind my love for superheroes, but since he was so under-appreciated, i thought i'd give stella his abilities as a way to show my love for him.

since stella is german, there may be moments throughout the book where the german language is used. i am very, very new at learning german, so if i mess up, please just be patient with me.
