Something wasn't right here. I felt it.

I swam threw the corals passing the cave. Mother had to be somewhere here.

I looked around hoping to see the familiar beautiful face of my mother but couldn't find it anywhere. Where was she. Has she felt something too? Perhaps she was trying to find me.

I felt someone touching my hand. It was my elder sister Sarina. She looked at me with a soft smile.

She was beautiful just like every other  Siren. All of us were unique. There wasn't one of us who'd look the same way. She had light brown  hair which reached her waist. Grey eye's,  rosey chicks, big pulp lips, perfectly shaped cheekbones. Overall she looked breathtaking.

She motioned for us to talk.I swam up.  I pushed my head out of the water and looked at her. Her smile now turned into a frown.

"Amara we shall have a talk" she voiced.

I nodded. " I'm listening "

"Have you felt anything strange?"  she asked me. So she felt this too. This wasn't my imagination after all.

"I have"I answered shortly.

"I know you must be worrying. But this can be explained easily. You are turning of age. You must feel all of this changes. Constant hunger, no rest." she explained.

"I don't understand Sarina. If this is because of my changes then why did Diabella feel this too?" I questioned.

"She must have felt you are troubled. You know it is time for her to find her own talent"

" So you mean to tell me her talent is..future?" I asked.

"I do not know Amara. But she felt something too. She must have understood something."

"I guess she did feel something. I heard her say she's afraid something bad will happen to me"

"Something bad? Did she tell you what exactly?"  Sarina asked her eyes showing off concern.

I was just about to shake my head when I felt this pain in my mouth. I gasped touching my lips. What was the meaning of this?

"Amara" Sarina suddenly said causing me to look her way. " are you in pain?"

I was about to shake my head no when I felt a sudden wave of hunger hit me causing me to hiss. What was all of this about?.

"Sister when was the last time you fed?"  she questioned. "

" I do not know Sarina it was a long time ago."

"Amara too much time has passed since you last fed on someone. You need it" she said angrily.

You would expect me to jump up telling her I'd never hurt  a human. But that would be silly. I've had fed on humans for a long time already. It was  always a  pleasure to me.

"I know sister,  I will take care of that"  I answered.
she nodded at me before going back underwater. I sighed and looked at the strong waves which were moving me left and right.

I'd have to feed on someone soon. I was becoming hungry. My sisters were hungry. Guess it would be nice to have a ship pass here.
