Okay so here is another one. I really wanted it to be a little less hectic than Farkas' so here is some lovely, cute, and sickly sweet pregnant love.

Prepared

I was reading Kodlak's journal for the hundredth time as I sat in the living quarters of Jorrvaskr this morning. It always seemed to amaze me how the twins had both wanted to give up their beast forms even before I had met them, and that was the reason I was suited up and walking down to the burial chamber of Ysgramor's Tomb.

Vilkas had gotten rid of his beast so soon as Kodlak had shown it could be done, Farkas however took his time. Something about wanting to make sure it was the right decision for him. However, now he had made up his mind and asked that me and Vilkas were to tag along for support. This I gladly agreed to; firstly because him and his brother had not been talking much lately, and secondly because I wanted to make sure that it worked. But ever since this morning I had been developing a headache so I wasn't 110% ready to face the wolf, that's was the real reason I needed Vilkas to tag along.

Heading through the chambers and into the main burial area was easier with no ghosts popping up to kill us, though when we walked thought the spider pit Farkas visibly tensed which made me smile a little.

I propped my bag up against a wall and pulled out a Genmoril witch head.

"Are you sure about this?" I asked Farkas. "You can't go back."

"I have never been more sure about anything in my life." He announced, sword at the ready.

"Here goes nothing." I drew in a breath as I placed the head into the fire.

Vilkas and I drew our weapons as a precaution but we were sure that Farkas could handle himself. My headache was starting to subside so I could just about lift my bow.

Farkas was thrown a little off balance when the wolf was released, but it didn't stop him once he had regained his footing. He swung with such an almighty force that me and Vilkas smiled to one another and sheathed our weapons. No one could stop Farkas when he was angry.

The fight was over as soon as it had started. Farkas looked drained and he fell against the floor stairs of the tomb.

"Ah." He wheezed. "That was exhilarating." He chuckled.

His sword fell to his side and we rushed over to him. Vilkas pulled out a healing potion as I held his head up. Getting him to drink it was the easy part, making it stay down wasn't so easy. He vomited twice before he managed to swallow the liquid. Vilkas passed me a rag to hold to his head to help his temperature drop, and he cleaned up the vomit with another. We had both gotten rid of our beast forms a long time ago so we knew exactly how it felt after it was over, now we intended to make Farkas's less painful than what we had experienced.

"[Y/N], can you hold his head up a little higher?" Vilkas asked. "He still had vomit under his neck."

I did as I was asked and tilted his head back, Vilkas threw the rag once he was done.

"Alright dear," I said pulling Farkas to his feet, "I think you will need to help us out. Can you walk?"

We both slung one of Farkas's arms around our shoulders and dragged  him through the tomb to  Shadowmere, my horse. Vilkas helped him up as I gathered his reins and stroked his mane.

"I know it's not me back there, but please be nice to him. He is pretty hurt so we need to take him back home safely." I whispered to the horse.

Vilkas held up Farkas when he slid down, I scurried around to the side to help.
