Flashback 2013 Broken Heart Part 1

Timber Jade POV

I am getting ready cause Declan is supposed to be headed over to pick me up. We are supposed to be finalizing the details of our wedding that is just a month away over dinner tonight.
As I finish my makeup, my phone beeps and it's B asking if I was coming home this weekend cause he just had a couple of days open up on his schedule and he's headed home. I smile and send back that I wasn't planning on it but since he was headed home I would. Then I sent back, is Jana coming with you?
He sent back no just me this time. I grin cause he knows that I don't like her but because he is planning on marrying her I do try to get along with her. Just like he tries to get along with Declan even though he doesn't really like him either.
I graduate this month and then a marriage next month and then I will move to Nashville to be with Declan and start my career. I don't really want to move but that is where his job is and I will have no problems finding a job since my degree is in public relations and business management.
I am slipping on my good brown dress boots that go with my red sundress when their is a knock at the door. I open the door and Declan's smile drops when he looks at me and he said,"Timber I thought we talked about your image now that you will have to be in the business world. You know you can't dress like a redneck hick from the country and be taken seriously, so go change so we don't miss our reservation"
"Dec, I told you things are different here in Athens. No one will think a second thought about what I have on"
"We are eating in Atlanta tonight and I need to discuss some very important things with you so go change into something more appropriate and pull your hair up."
I walk back to my bedroom and pull out a dress that is business appropriate and slip on my nude pumps and pull my wild hair into a bun at the nape of my neck. After fixing my makeup where I had cried I grabbed my clutch and headed to Atlanta with Declan.

" I tried to talk to him about the wedding and finalizing the last few details when he told me "Timber I don't care do what you want cause I hate the very idea of having a country wedding as you call it. I am ashamed and don't want to invite anyone that I know because of it. "
I look at him and the tears well up in my eyes and I just thought he had been kidding before but his look of disdain just floored me.
When we get to the restaurant he orders me steak even though I wanted chicken and looked at me and said," I really can't trust your judgement in a month everything will be fine cause I will be able to tell you what to do and you will do it."
When he said that I saw red, I excused myself and went to the restroom and I text B

J: Where are you know?
B: just got in Atlanta at the airport why?
J: I need you to come pick me up please I am at STK
B: On my way are you okay?
K:No

Then I went back to our table and I got a message and it was several pictures of Declan and a blonde woman. Some were taken today cause he had the same clothes and some were taken at different times. They were very intimate in a couple and I looked up at him and said," is there anything you want to tell me about the blonde you have on the side?"
His face pales and he said," I don't know what you are talking about Timber."
"Well maybe this will help your memory Dec" and I show him the photos.
"It's not what you think Timber. Just a fling before we get married besides I don't flaunt it so it shouldn't be a problem."
" Like hell it ain't a problem. You fucking some blonde bimbo is a hell of a problem when we are a month away from getting married."
" Well of you weren't such a low class person maybe I wouldn't want to or need to find comfort and my needs met elsewhere. I mean I guess that is to be expected when your own parents won't have anything to do with you and tell you that you are a disappointment to them."
That's all I could take before I stood up and hit him with a right hook. I heard a commotion over my shoulder and there stood my knight in leather and chains with that black cap turned backwards. B came stalking up to the table I swear he bowed his shoulders and flexed. He asked me," Are you ready to go Jade?" I nodded my head cause if I opened my mouth the tears would start falling. I took off the 3 carat diamond that Declan had insisted on buying and I laid it on the table and said," Now you don't have to be ashamed of a country wedding cause after tonight I'm through"
He said," Well of course the biker boy would show up to save you but then again that is all you will ever be to him is a fuck toy, you won't ever be a wife to him or anyone else cause you ain't good for even a roll in the sack much less anything else."
B didn't say a word he stepped closer and grabbed Declan by the shirt and hit him with a left hook that knocked him out. He threw some money on the table after dropping Declan to the floor and grabbed my hand and pulled me outside. He handed me my helmet and I hiked my dress up and took my hair down and climbed on behind him.
He said," where to"
"Your house"
He revved the engine up and off we went.
