Part 34 - Cat Time

You wake up the next morning and do the morning routine, after the morning routine was done you decide to stay in you room to play around with your toys and (y/d/n) sleeps on your bed, (y/c/n) decides to explore around so (he/she) decides to leave
"i'll come back later" (y/c/n) says to you
"ok" you say and carry on playing
(y/c/n) wonders around then (he/she) bumps into spy
"hello my petit chat" spy says picking (y/c/n) up
(y/c/n) mews and spy strokes (him/her) before taking (him/her) to the rec room where all the mercs are, spy sits down next to scout putting (y/c/n) on his lap
"yo spy" scout says as spy sits down "i see you have (y/c/n)"
"yes i found (him/her) wondering around so i decided to bring (him/her) with me" spy says and strokes (y/c/n) making (him/her) purr
"right them maggots, today we must find out...who is the most handsome and i think it's me" soldier commands
"no way man, it me who the most handsome" scout replies
"this is silly" spy says and strokes (y/c/n) on the head and (he/she) purrs loudly
the other mercs look at spy when (y/c/n) purrs and they faces melt in cuteness, then you come in to check where (y/c/n) went and everyone said hello to you
"hi (y/n)" (y/c/n) says "i love this attention i'm getting"
"that's good well i was just checking where (y/c/n) was so bye again" you say and leave back to your room
(y/c/n) looks confused what just happened but then starts purring again when spy strokes (him/her), after a while scout and soldier were still arguing who's more handsome, engie was playing his guitar, heavy and demo left to their rooms, pyro was flicking his lighter, sniper and medic were snuggling each other and spy was enjoying giving (y/c/n) attention
"i didn't know you like cats, snake" engie says strumming his guitar
"well i had one growing up and he was my best friend" spy says "his name was teddy since he looked like a teddy bear"
"aww that's cute" engie says "i had a dog growing up named buddy and he was full on dog but really lovable"
"men, we have found out who the handsomest is" soldier says "and it's (y/c/n)"
(y/c/n) mews in responce and walks over to soldier who gave (him/her) attention making (him/her) purr loudly
"did you have any pets growing up?" engie asked soldier
"no but we looked after a dog once for a friend of my dads" soldier says "her name was bell and she was shy but she loved to play"
"yeah i had a friend who had a rabbit" scout says "and his name was spring since he jumped really high like a spring but he wasn't the smartest rabbit in the world"
"just like you then" spy says smirking
"Spy" scout says annoyed
"just kidding" spy says acting innocent
scout brushes it off but still looking at spy annoyed before pyro mumbles something
"pyro says he had a guinea pig named squeak and he loved him till he died" engie says translating pyro
everyone awed then sniper spoke
"i had lots of animals growing up since i lived on a farm" sniper says "but my bestest friend was horse named fudge, she was going to be used for breeding but she couldn't breed so she became my friend instead"
"how can you friend a horse?" scout asks
"well you just need to use trust and patients and then the animal will learn to trust you" sniper says "but with (y/n), all animals trust her"
"yeah all animals trust her, i'm guessing that's why you called her a animal tamer" engie says
"the name suits her, she can be our 10th class if she wasn't so young" spy says
"i wonder what she'll do in battle?" scout asks
the other mercs were thinking how or what you would do in battle while (y/c/n) jumped down and was getting attention from medic, medic only had his doves as pets and he never had pets growing up since busy helping his family with the hospital, medic was stroking (y/c/n) making (him/her) purr loudly then (he/she) headbutts medic in the face causing his glasses to move off his face
"(y/c/n), you knocked my glasses off my face" medic says picking up his glasses
(y/c/n) mewed in responses and headbutts medic again but on the nose
"you are lieb" medic says and rubs (y/c/n) on the fur on (his/her) cheeks making (him/her) start to dribble
after the attention form medic (y/c/n) goes on sniper's lap then curls up to go to sleep, sniper strokes (him/her) then carries on snuggling medic, after a while everyone left the rec room except sniper and medic who were asleep with (y/c/n) on sniper's lap asleep, you came in again to see where (y/c/n) was and you see sniper, medic and (y/c/n) asleep, you smile then go over to (y/c/n) and stroke (him/her) causing (him/her) to wake up
"hi (y/n)" (y/c/n) says
"hi (y/c/n)" you replies "just seeing what you were doing"
"ok" (y/c/n) says "i'm going back to sleep now"
"ok i'll wake you up when it's dinner time" you says and leave
(y/c/n), sniper and medic carry on sleeping till dinner time and after dinner you with (y/d/n) and (y/c/n) go to sleep in your bed.
