Ch.9

Olivia's POV -

"Wait what!"

I said and he nodded

"I guess their both working together again, after I have no idea how much years it's been."

He said and I tilted my head black and looked at him

"I think that's what my parents are going to tell me in dinner today..."

I say and he just looked down and he was serious

"What's wrong?"

I asked and he just shook his head

"No jack, what's wrong? You just shut down right now"

I said and I lifted up his head

"I just don't want our parents finding out and I don't want them to break us apart..."

He said and I hugged him

"I'll make sure they don't find out and break us apart alright."

I said and he nodded

"And if they do, we can just escape from them and live our life's in Nebraska"

He said and we both chuckled

"Sounds like a great idea"

I said with a smile and so did he

Jack and I where on the couch but he was asleep with his head on my chest and his arms wrapped around me.

I was looking down at him and I was just thinking on how we stumbled upon each other after years of not seeing each other and now...actually being a couple..

I was running my hand through his hair and I guess I made him wake up and he looked up at me and smiled with his eyes closed

"Hello"

He said and went back down and I replied with a hello.

"What time is it?"

He asked and I reached for my phone

"It's 6:25, uhh"

I groaned at the time forgetting I had to go back for dinner

"What happened?"

He asked looking at me

"I have to go back to my house for dinner"

I said

"And you have to go now"

"Yes"

I said and he whined

"Fine..."

He said getting up and he was playing around and had a sad face

"I'm sorry, I'll come back later and you could cuddle with me the way we were alright"

I said playing along and he just nodded and I gave him a kiss on his cheek and he cupped my face and gave me a kiss on the lips. I smiled and I waved bye and went back home

"Olivia your back finally, ok. Go get changed and be ready because we're leaving and we have something to tell you and a big surprise too, I just forgot to tell you because it was last minute"

My mom said right when I walked in the house and my step dad came down trying to fix his tie and I look at me mom and she was wearing a dress

"Are we going somewhere fancy?? Or to a nice place?"

I said and she nodded as she helped my step dad put his tie on correctly, I just rolled my eyes and went up stairs and get changed.

I got out a romper that's kind a champagne color and that has like a pink reflect to it..I put on some mascara highlight lip gloss and I put my hair up to a bun.
