Chapter 22

Tessa's POV

He reached into the back of the car and grabbed a blind fold. He wrapped it around my eyes and his touch sent shivers down my spine.

We drove for another 20 minutes until Chance said....

Chance-"here we are!"

Tessa-"can I take the blind fold off?"

Chance-"not yet"

Chances POV

I grabbed Tessa's hand and lead her out of the car, taking her to a large cove between to huge rocks. The inside was strung with lights, and covered in blankets and pillows. I pulled off her blind fold and Watched her face as she saw the room.

Tessa-" I love it, by far the best date I've been on".

I hugged her and she looked up at me. Our lips met and passion flew, before I knew it my shirt was off and I began to take off hers. I began to kiss her neck and she moaned. I knew I loved Tessa.

Tessa-"I'm so sorry but I just can't. I'm still not ready."

I understood. After all she was only 18, and we had just went on one date. I could see she felt bad so I reassured her. I scooped her some cookie dough ice cream and we watched Netflix. It was by far my favorite night of my life. Who would think that a simple boy from Ohio would end up with someone amazing like Tessa. We kissed a bit more and I knew I made the right choice. Tessa and I have been though so much and I felt different around her. She made me blush and gave me butterflies. Since I met her I haven't even wanted to go get "food".

Chance-"Tessa, will you be my girlfriend?"

Tessa-"Of course!"

Tessa's POV

Chance and I snuggled together and l felt bad, but I just wasn't ready. I wanted to be, but I wasn't. I trusted him with my life, but for some reason, I felt embarrassed. But who cares, when I'm ready we'll do it and hopefully things will work out. I really really really- you know what.... I love Chance Sutton.

My eyes became heavy as I rolled on my side. He wrapped his arms around me, and I sighed.
