Y/N's POV~ (Also a lot of caps in this chapter)
"KAYLA WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING HERE?!" I yelled, anger consuming me. I'm already regretting my words but I wasn't going to apologize any time soon at this rate.
Kayla was standing in my house probably waiting for me to get back home to confront me, and apparently was expecting me to yell at her. I know that because she didn't flinch when I yelled at her.
Kayla decided to fight fire with fire and crossed her arms, looking me dead in the eyes, I flinched a bit but my expression stayed the same.
"Well Y/N, explain to me WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME YOUR BROTHER LEFT HUH?! AND YOU HID THAT INFORMATION FOR HOW LONG NOW?!" Kayla yelled, letting her temper do what it pleases.
"Well, Kayla let me remind you how 'trustworthy' you are. WHO told Kyle that Willow had a crush on him?! YOU DID. WHO TOLD EVERYONE THAT MIA WAS OBSESSED WITH ONE DIRECTION (Lol they aren't a band anymore but I can't think of another young teenager heartthrob band at the moment.) WHEN WE ALL KNEW SHE WAS EMBARRASSED ABOUT IT?! YOU DID. AND SINCE I DIDN'T WANT THE WHOLE WORLD TO KNOW I DIDN'T TELL YOU OR THE OTHERS." I walked up and pointed at her in anger while yelling.
"...I DID NOT mean to tell others those secrets!"
"Now tell me Kayla, whether you meant it or not, DOES IT MATTER?? YOU STILL TOLD THEM!" I said, regretting every word.
Kayla went silent and looked down at her feet, while I took a breath to try and contain myself. Then a thought came to mind. When I finally regained my composure I spoke.
"Kayla... How the hell did you find out anyways?" I asked, still miffed but calm.
"Oh.. y - your freeloader friend told me when I phoned your home. I thought he was your brother on the phone. Then he told me that your brother left. I knew you were staying at school late today so I went to your house. I phoned him to get him to open the door... So yeah..." She explained, voice wavering, making me feel even worse.
"I see. Speaking of which- You!" I pointed at Dark Pit.
He looked at me with a "what do you want?" expression.
"Why are you still here stupid?!" I didn't sound as angry as I intended to.
"Oh now you want to talk to me when you have a guest to entertain huh? Like hell, I'm pretty sure you should finish your conversation with you friend first." He went back to doing whatever.
Oh yeah, Kayla is still here and she looks scared. I must've really gotten angry huh? Everything happened in a blur and I can only remember fragments of what happened. I know I should apologize but I can't bring myself to do so right now...
"Uhm.. I-I think I overstayed my welcome... hahah I'll uh take my leave now..." Kayla interrupted my thoughts and hurried out the door.
I locked the door and sighed in self pity. I really screwed up there, Kayla is upset and she was who I was closest with out of my friends.
I've got a lot on my hands.
