I sat back down in the chair dissapointed in my weight 

" This is serious , If she doesnt lose weight and change her eating habits she wont be here long " The doctor spoke 

" you're right " my mama spoke nodding her head 

" Now I encourage her to start doing calorie deficit and maybe going to the gym I want her to lose about 30 pounds the next time I see here " The doctor spoke 

" are you going to do it ?" My mom asked looking at me 

" I can do it " I replied 

" that sounds great , here is a little bit more information about the calorie deficit If you do decide to go to the gym I suggest spending maybe 20 to 30 minutes on the stair master " The doctor spoke handing my mom papers 

" It was nice seeing you guys " the doctor spoke getting up and opening the door for us

" you say that everytime you start a diet then you back eating junk food and fast food " She said unlocking the car door 

" I cant help it but I promise ill try this time " I said getting in the car

" you dont need a diet " I spoke my mom wasnt fat at all she was slim 

" I want to do it with you to keep you motivated " She said 

" lets go to walmart , Shirley just sold me theese food stamps "  She said pulling into Walmart parking lot 

" how much she sold you " I asked 

" 400 " she replied pulling into a parking lot and parking 

"  Dont pick up no junk food or sodas " she told me opening the car door
