'It's heavy.'

That was the only way she could define it. She had to carry it around even though she never wanted to. It was always over her, casting its shadow on her life. It was hung by a thin thread, too fragile to hold something so heavy. Most of the time she didn't know what caused the thread to finally break releasing the weight on her. It fell too fast, and before she could run she'd be pinned down. It crushed her ribs, made it hard for her to breathe. She tried to scream; a cry for help was of no use. No one else could see it - the weight that had been slowly crushing her to death.

The clouds pass and she could see the star-filled sky, but her heart remained overcast.

Where are you?

"These nights are so lonely; Please, let me hear your voice call my name." These nights were so gentle she could cry. They slowly, painfully passed.

'Do you remember?'
"And then, we will live our lives out together."
"Because I'll never leave you alone again."

"Wait for me."

His words, the only source of comfort in her solitary, stagnant world.

'I want to meet you.'

The night winds carry words that couldn't possibly reach him.

"Cheers and laughter rang out but I can't hear any of it, if you're not here to hear it with me."

Where are you?

"These nights are so lonely; Please, let me hear your voice call my name"

Every time a new morning began, she searched for him again.

First came the darkness.

Then next came the crying.

He opened his eyes to see soft shades of grey. Gainsboro washing into slate grey, the walls were clean and simple. His mind then registered everything else. The bed, the window, the table.

The people.

On the bed was a male, features similar to his own. Beside the bed, sat two people on chairs, a man and a woman.

Crying.

The women's shoulders shook as she sobbed. This scene was one he had seen many times.

Coma.

Komaeda Nagito, one he was supposed to be but wasn't-

He was in coma.
