I rolled my eyes. So he's being snarky again. A trait he picked up from me. It was nice though. It felt almost normal, the way it used to -- despite the fact that our relationship was nowhere close to how it used to be.

We didn't even have a relationship anymore. Did we? The lines were so blurry. We never broke up, but we weren't really together either.
