"Ooh this will look cute girl" drea was holding up this maternity dress, I gave it a thumbs down and kept looking around the boutique
"Damn why you gotta be so picky, in a minute you gone have to find something, that baby bump ain't getting smaller, last thing you wanna do is rocking crop tops and leggings looking like a stuffed sausage" she chuckled
"Haha, very funny, it's hard picking out stuff it's just I don't know how to feel about this. I guess I haven't really came to terms with it yet" I sighed
"Well I got you bestie, so you thinking about doing a baby shower?" She raised her eyebrow
"For?" I rolled my eyes
"Lets see...free food, free gifts, uhh everyone pretty much giving you everything you need for the first few months with the baby and less expensive!" She looked at me like I was crazy
"Yeah so throw a baby shower, have both my ex and my new boyfriend there...and my other exes, sounds exciting" I rolled my eyes
"Well you gotta figure something out sis, this isn't gonna be any better and from the looks of yo stomach you about 5 months away from popping" she shook her head
"Well, i don't know, plan something just make sure it's no drama" I shrugged my shoulders
"You want me to plan it? Andrea? Yo bestie? Really?" She was getting excited
"Yes drea you can plan it, just don't be having no ghetto ass Elmo and shit all dancing around" I laughed
"Girl it's gonna be ICONIC, everybody gone be talking about it, in a good way, but you know I gotta add a hint of ratchet so don't be too surprised if it's not some Popeyes for the buffet" she busted out laughing
"Jesus take the wheel..." I chuckled

"Okay Ms Yvette what you think?" I pointed towards some of the rings for Chey
"Ooo that's nice, you know my baby would love it" she was inspecting the ring I picked out for Chey
To be honest, I was little nervous about asking her mom to come since everything had happened but everything worked out fine I just wanted Chey to be happy and surprised when I ask her to be my wifey
"So you think she's gonna be shocked?" I looked at her mom
"Have you hinted at all? You know how Chey is she gets really nervous about this plus the last time she was engaged it was to Cordell so she might be defensive" she shrugged her shoulders
" I haven't hinted, but I told her I wanted to take her to Hawaii for a few weeks to get her away from all this stress" I was still looking at a few more rings
"Well, whatever you decide to do, just make sure my baby is happy, I don't want her to be anymore stressed than she already is, especially since she's expecting" she patted me on the back
I knew Hawaii would be a good place, she never been plus it would be a good memory to have and a place to take our little one when he or she is older
