I stared him shaking my head. He stood there and then he laughed.
"Xavier you don't-"
"I don't what exactly Ebony?" He said in a stern voice. I flinched. I opened my mouth to say something but nothing came out. I felt so weak, I couldn't find my voice. "You could of just told me."
"No...no! Its not what it seems!" I said.
"It looks like it. I never expected you to...to lie to me like that, play around with my feelings and just..." He turned around. He couldn't stand looking at me. It had pained me to see him like that. Hurt...
"Please....just listen. It's not what it seems. Tyson, he just kissed me and you just happened to be there."
"You expect me to believe you?" I nodded. He shook his head.
"Who would I believe? My best friend since for ever or the girl who I just met about seven months ago?" It was silent for a while. I figured out that he wanted me to answer.
"I don't know."
"I know that if I asked Tyson, he'll say it was you." I blinked. I couldn't process what was going on.
"Believe me! I've never lied to you." Xavier stared at me the way he used to long before we started to talk. Those eyes...that frown...disgust...
"Don't talk to me."
"X."
"You say how much you hate Kaya, how she goes around breaking other peoples heart with no mercy. You, just pulled off a Kaya." My eyes widened. Thats the biggest offense anyone could say to me.
"Are you calling me a slut?"
"Who knows? Maybe you got Brandon in your bed or other guys. No wonder you avoid the social life. You just don't want people to figure out who you really are. A simple whore." Automatically I slapped him hard. He went pass the line and my cheek were flushed with anger. I was breathing in and out in anger. Xavier touched his cheek where I had slapped him, only his right eye watered. That should leave a mark. I swallowed hard that I nearly coughed.
"Don't you ever call me a whore! You don't know me at all! You may think you do but you don't there are many things I've never told you and its going to stay like that because in reality you're just a asshole, a dickward, a simple douchebag! You haven't changed a bit and yet you go around pretending to be nice to me. Thank you so much! Now excuse me, Imma go and get inside some random dude's pants and live up my legacy of a whore I am." We both were breathing heavily with our eyes just fogged up with anger.
"Okay gooball, I won't stop ya. If anything I'll give you some numbers you can write down and check them out later. Hopefully they won't reject your offer because you're just a loser and the nerdy sister." I managed to smile and not to scream. I nodded.
"Thank you for your kind offer captain but I already got guys lining up in front of my door. I hope not to see you there, especially since Lindsey lost her virginity to you and you've been a ladies man since then." It hurt to say but I regret nothing. Xavier opened his mouth to protest but I was gone by then. Just as I walked bunch of old memories flustered into my head and they stung inside me like bees. I hated it. I was just angry, I couldn't control myself. I walked pass the lockers as I entered back to the school. I found Xavier's locket and just punched it. I let out a silent scream when I thought about heading towards the gym. I bit my lip with fury.
I walked and walked as fast I could towards the gym. To my luck Josh was there and I nearly broke down at the sight of him. Tyson was playing and when he saw me and that son of a gun, he smiled. I put my stuff down next to Josh's and walked towards him.
