The people outside the operating room is full of tension and anxiety as they await for either success or failure of the ongoing operation happening inside the O.R

They believe in the success of the surgeon as they knew that she might be young in her field, but she has the ability and skills to compete with other doctors who has more experienced than her. The surgeon is a well-known doctor; not only because she came from a prestigious medical family

When the white door of the O.R opens, all the family members and friends of the patients who undergo surgery focused their attention to the beautiful doctor who just exited from O.R.

A lady in her 40s with her husband approaches the beautiful doctor and asked, "Doc, how's my son?"

The doctor gently smiles at them and answered with confidence, "You can see him now after he is transferred to his private room" 

 The lady cries in happiness while she's in her husbands' embrace, "Thank God. Thank you so much"

After the doctor finished explaining to the couple the information they needed to know, she left them and went to her office to get her things. 

 "Yuri if I have scheduled for this day, re-schedule all of them. I have an important appointment with Mr. Yakamura of A Bank"

"Yes doc"

"Do I have surgical schedule for tomorrow?"

"None but you have an appointment with Ms. Yamada tomorrow afternoon and a scheduled operation to Mr. Honda on the following day"

"Okay"

After the lady doctor left her office, the nurse name Yuri, who acts as the assistant/secretary of the young doctor, sigh in admiration. "Doctor Kosaki is really an amazing person. Not only she's smart and kind, but also hard working and dedicated to her profession. How I wish I can be like her"

No one knows that this so-called genius doctor has a very dark secret except herself. Everyone thought that she is dedicated towards her work who can finish all her tasks earlier than expected, yet none would imagine what really runs in her head and says in herself "When will I finish this?!" "I need to go home now!" "My beloved games are waiting for me to complete" "Arrgghhh! At this time the latest anime is now airing but I can't leave because I need to finish this bunch of workloads"

The amazing doctor everyone admired is actually an otaku[1] who's only wished is to become a hikikomori[2].... The only thing she wants to do is to play her games, watch anime, read manga and novels. No one would actually believe that this doctor really doesn't want to become a doctor; she was only forced by her parents' expectations. Her only dream is just to stay inside her room all day long.

After the doctor finished her meeting with the bank manager of A Bank, a group of men wearing a black hood and mask arrives and pointed their guns to the entire person inside the bank.

No one would actually think that the proud advanced security system of A Bank was breached by those robberies.

The guards fell one by one as they tried to fight back the hooded men; some are injured and some are knock-out while one of the bank staff died when she tried to press the emergency button under the counter.

Everyone is afraid to even breathe. None dared to even either move or make a single sound as they're afraid to die in the hands of those hooded men.

The police tried to negotiate with the robberies, but because of their high demands, this takes a lot of time.

When the ball toy that a child of one of the bank client fell on his hand, it triggered the thought of one of the policemen outside the bank which they started to exchanged gunshot resulting in one death.

A young doctor who tried to help one of the bank staff accidentally received a strayed bullet from the police side.

"Argh... I didn't yet finish the hidden characters' route.... W-why me?"
