Make sure to take his hatchets away during the night, and during 'Toby Free Time'*.
Do not let him to stick his hand into the knife cabinet. Keep him away from anything that has a sharp edge, even in the slightest. This includes tin foil, safety scissors, and paper.
If he gets close to anything sharp, he will proceed to murder any visitors you may have.
