The lunch room was the size of the gym, maybe even bigger. Students from all directions ran to the lunch line as if they haven't had a meal in forever. I spot Eden's short blonde hair and wave as she runs over with a smile. "Hey girly! How are you liking you're first day?" She practically yells in my ear. "She had a little encounter with Betty before third period." Jace says with raised eyebrows at Eden.

"Are you serious! Don't let Parker find out, that'll be really bad. She hasn't left him alone ever since they broke up." she glances up and instantly shuts her mouth. I follow her gaze and see "Mr.Bad-boy" sending us a glare. He walks over and stands beside Jace. "Don't let Parker find out what?" He says with a scowl. "You're psychopath of a girlfriend confronted me today and told me stay away from you guys." His jaw clenches and his eyes turn cold.

He looks at me and shows guilt before turning on his heel and pushing through the crowd. Minutes later Ryan appears with a confused look. "What's his problem?" He asks. "I met Betty, is that really a big deal?" I say looking at them back and forth. "Yeah." They say all at once. "Betty's crazy when it comes to Parker, she believes that he'll always be hers." Ryan says crossing his arms. "Speaking of crazy, there's a party tonight and we should go." Jace says smiling.

I roll my eyes, we all know what he's gonna go there for. "Who will you be fucking tonight Jace?" I hear Eden mumble as she grabs her tray and leads me to their table. "Eden are you jealous?" I laugh at how confident he sounds while saying this. "Jace, you just ruined your reputation. Great job, 10 outta 10." Ryan says sitting next to me on my left while Eden's on my right picking at her food.

"It's okay, a fuck boy will be a fuck boy am I right?" I throw a smirk at Jace as he shoves his pizza down his throat. "AMEN! preach girl, preach." I hear Eden say as she takes a drink of her water. "So Aria, tell us you're story." Ryan spits out as to try and change the subject of the conversation. "Well I was–."

I'm instantly cut off by an interruptive cough. I turn around and see Betty and her clique stare at me with sour looks. "May we help you?" asks Ryan turning his back so he's facing the girls. "Yes, I'd like to speak with Aria if that's okay." With clenched teeth I turn around and smile. "Why not just talk to me right here? I mean it's just as private as in the hall." I shoot her a glare and she straightens her posture.

"Okay, I have one question. Do you like smoothies?" before I can answer I feel wet, slimy, liquid pour down my face and onto my lap. You gotta be fucking kidding me.
