It had been almost two weeks since the whole ordeal and Kamille found herself trying to leave everything behind her.

Her and Bailey left home four days ago and whether anyone was concerned was the least of her worries. She just wanted to clear her head and that's what she was doing, Kamille knew that staying would only lead to people continue to try and poke around for answers she truly didn't have.  No one really knew that Kamille and Ace were together but somehow people did and started to talk. It really did seem like word traveled faster when you're the topic of discussion.

The girl that Ace was caught with found herself telling everyone around town that she was the reason Ace was now single and was proud of it. Based off what she was telling people the two had been at it for a while and Kamille didn't know how to feel about it.

After finally deciding to turn her phone back on after the few days she had been gone her phone was flooded with messages and missed calls.

Climbing back into the large bed that sat in the middle of the hotel room she decided to call her mom first.

"Kamille! Where are you?" Her mom asked as she answer the phone before it even rung once "Are you okay?" She sniffled

"Mom im fine.." She sighed "I just needed some time it was just becoming too much."

"Why didn't you just come to me? As soon as you left I heard what happened and trust me Abdul heard it! I just can't believe he would do something like that."

"It's fine mom really." Kamille said laying back on the bed "Im fine mom I just wanted to let you know. I should be back in a few days."

"Just be safe and take care of yourself I was just really worried!"

"I know I love you I will see you in a few days." Kamille sighed before hanging up.

Bailey's head popped in the room as he sat in the doorway staring at Kamille wagging his tail.

"C'mon man." She called to him as she leaned down to pick him up.

Bailey cuddled against Kamille as they both laid in the large bed drifting off letting sleep take over them.

Their sleep for short lived because for the almost the hundredth time Kamille couldn't get comfortable at all.

"Can I please get seven more pillows to room 609 please?" Kamille asked the front desk

"We will send them right up."

As soon as she got out the bed Bailey hopped down and walked right behind her following her every move. He had been her comfort and a safe place for her. Even though he couldn't talk when she cried he cuddled with her and listen to her when she just rambled on all night long.

When the entered the kitchenette of the hotel room someone knocked at the door causing Bailey to growl.

"Shhh Bailey." Kamille giggle as she put him in the basket by the door she didn't ask if she was allowed to have a dog at the hotel but she did it anyways.

"Coming." She said walking to the door.

Pulling the door open she instantly felt her heart drop seeing who stood on the other side.
