RIck found Shane by the tents, ready to hunt. They needed to, as the fish they had was all spoiled in the attack. Lori's frustration towards Shane pushed him. It really did, and it made him mad. Mad at her, but mostly at Rick. He came back. He was the one that destroyed everything, in his mind. Maybe Rick would get bit, he thought. Everyone else seemed to as attacks were happening. What was saying that Rick wouldn't get bit? Or scratched? It was possible, he thought. He wanted Lori. But... Andrea. Andrea had a special spot in his mind. She filled his mind at night, and it was different having his kids in the same sleeping space as him. Usually he'd slept alone, or with someone. If he was alone, he would've invited her into his tent. Maybe his sons wouldn't mind? Amy was gone. He could slip into her tent. She was a mess as of now, however. It was sick that he thought that way, but he really wanted her. He wanted to love her. Rick broke Shane's train of thought.

"Shane. Ready?" Rick asked, slinging the rifle over his shoulder.

Shane nodded as he grabbed his shotgun that leaned against his tent. Mikaela walked around the corner with Brittany as Shane walked into the tent.

"Dad.." Mikaela asked softly as she walked toward him. "Is Chance okay?"

Rick looked down, then at Shane's tent before looking at Mikaela. "No, sweetie."

Mikaela nodded slowly. She'd grown an affection for Chance. The sly jokes he'd made with her. It meant a lot. She'd never had anyone like that in her life. No boy had ever done that for her. She wasn't sure if he felt the same way, however.

"Say your goodbyes." Rick said as he looked at Brittany now, too.

Mikaela looked down. She felt a tear fill the line of her eyes, but she wiped it away and looked at Brittany. "C'mon." She turned to Rick. "Where are you going?"

Rick looked at her and sighed. "Out on a hunt. Just gonna try to see what we can get."

Mikaela nodded slowly before walking toward the RV with Brittany as Shane rose from the tent.

"Ready." Shane said as he swung the shotgun over his shoulder. The sun still peeked through the trees. He thought for a second, about how he could teach his boys something. He looked around, seeing them walk around the corner. Adam and Anthony looked at Rick and Shane, seeing them getting ready.

"Dad?" Anthony asked, walking.

Shane rose an eyebrow and looked at him. "You're coming with us."

"Hunting? I don't know, I'm not good with hunting." Adam said as he walked.

Anthony looked at him. "Are you good at anything?"

"Yeah."

"Like what?" Anthony rose an eyebrow.

Adam rolled his eyes. "Kicking your ass in just about everything."

"Except for hunting.." Anthony said lowly.

"Doesn't count." Adam crossed his arms.

Anthony looked at him like he was an idiot. "Obviously it does."

"Shut up, already, come on, we've got shit to do." Adam said, glancing at Anthony.

"That's enough, c'mon." Shane said as he slung his shotgun over his shoulder again, walking toward the forest with Rick as Rick laughed a bit at the small argument.

Mikaela slowly walked into the RV as she then looked back at Brittany.

"Britt?" She asked quietly. "Mind if I have a second alone?"
