On the comments, Ryan says "The girl at @irvburgers calls me on my bullshit" and the person that he tagged, in their bio, had to say something:

What is the account? What is their one and lonley post? It's wired that Ryan tagged them. Alot of people commented but no one ever talks about it.

And at least 10 of those comments that I shared are LIKED. Why are they liked? By who? Because most of the comments that say "THE ACCOUNT!!!!" Where from 20 or 19 weeks ago and they we're liked. Almost all of them! Now who would do that? Because in 2014, as you know if you use Instagram, the liking comments came out in 2017, not 2014 so who would go and like them all? And 2014 is when Ryan posted that photo. Seems kinda weird.
But what is that account? I'll try to massage them and keep you updated.
