*Cookie And Lucious Just Got Back From The Court Hearing For Bella's Custody. They're devastated After Losing Her To Anika."

3rd Person POV

Another day, another loss for the Lyon family. Today, baby Bella Lyon was removed from Hakeem's custody, and given to none other than the uneducated mother, Anika. She partnered with the dubious family. Trifling, as usual. Today the Lyon family dealt with so much pain and frustration. Tianna getting yelled at by Angelo, Angelo making abuse allegations, Mother dubious exposing Hakeem talking about his family on tape to her, Angelo talking badly towards Cookie, and finally baby Bella being yanked from Hakeem's arms and given to the dark side. Everyone had been at a loss of emotion today. All they wanted to do, was go home, and possibly mourn as if a death had happened. Then, get up and go to work the next day as if nothing had happened.

Cookie and Lucious quietly walked into their large mansion, Them both moping around. Cookie felt embarrassed, though she tried not to show it. Angelo said some vulgar things, and Cookie wished she could retaliate the way the Lyons knew how. Lucious was so damn upset, he wished he could punch Angelo through a wall, but sadly he didn't remember enough about him in order to do so.

Cookie stood in the middle of the room, her head looking down at the ground as Lucious walked over to his small bar to fix himself a drink. "That's the last time I ever want to be in a courtroom." He said, sighing. Cookie let out a single chuckle. "Well get ready to be back because the fight with the Lyons isn't ever over until we get what we want." Said Cookie. Lucious grinned slightly, and brushed past her to sit on the couch. She stared up at him, his strong cologne filling her nostrils with the old memories they had as a family. When everything was...as sober as it could be. "I want blood. I want it pouring like a river. This isn't over." Said Lucious, the anger hidden deeply within his voice. And there it was, the sound of the possibly old Lucious. It sounded so familiar but new. Cookie looked over at him, still remaining in the middle of the room. She knew she loved when he was serious, and determined. But she just wished it didn't affect her in any way, and she doesn't want that again. "Lucious, I understand what you want but you still don't seem back to your old self. We don't need anymore drama. You don't remember how you used to be but I guarantee you, those words you just spoke will send you down another path of violence. We need to think about this. Let's not step on land mines we planted ourselves." She spoke. He took a sip from his drink, and looked up at her. "This ain't fair- I know it isn't Lucious but we need to think before we just go chasing after what we want however we want to go about it." She told him. He licked his plump pink lips, then rubbing his goatee. "Were you always smart like that? That's coming from the heart?" He asked her. She brushed him off, rolling her eyes. What did he mean by that? By both of those questions? Was he trying to be an ass? Picking with her again? No, he wasn't back to his old self yet. "Whateva'." She Said, letting out a strong sigh of frustration. "Look, I'm going to go call Hakeem." She said, turning away and beginning to walk out of the main room. "Cookie." He Said from behind her. She stopped in place. She figured he probably didn't want anything important anyway, since he could barely even remember what his SSN was. She turned slowly, and walked right back to her middle spot. He cleared his throat, silence going through the room. "Y'know...I understand how dreadful today was for Hakeem. Losing your child, it's unbearable." Said Lucious. Cookie nodded. "Yeah..." She Said, looking down at the floor, trying not to remember the time she had lost her own child. The saddest part, is that he didn't.

"Although, we haven't really had the chance to take time and try to...remember each other..the right way.." he said, folding his hands over one another. Cookie looked at him, her face slightly freezing. "What do you mean by that?" She asked him. He slowly got up from the couch, making his way over to her as he spoke and walked slowly. "I mean...now that Claudia is gone and it's me and you how it..should be. I want to be reminded of the things I forgot and be told about the things I should know." He told her. Oh? That sounded strange. Cookie rested her weight onto one hip. "Fine...what do you want to know?" She asked him, with slight attitude. "Something new..anything." He told her. As she spoke, he took small half steps towards her. "Uh..okay. I'm less violent- hm.-I hate avocado- heh- I like scary movies- Yeah?- I cut my hair- Mmm.." he replied with each sentence she said. Before she knew it, he had his bottom lip in his mouth, with his thumb reaching out to brush along her cheek as they stood inches away from eachother. "I-" she felt her heart pounding as she was taken by surprise. She looked up at him with a confused face, but at the same time relieved. "What are you doing?" She asked, her breath breaking as she inhaled. "Ever since that day that I've been reminded of who you are, I've wanted to interact with you every second of the day. But you were so busy with working and stress, I didn't want to seem to be getting in the way. Some lost husband of yours struggling for identity, it'll just slow you down. But now..." he said, brushing his thumb from her cheek to her chin. She actually understood what he meant by that, but she didn't want to bombard him with the times that he was 100% clueless compared to the 50% he is now. As much as she missed her man in her arms, she didn't think she could go through with this right now. Not yet, at least. "Lucious...if you're asking for what I think you're asking for, we...can't do this..-" Cookie shifted her breath once Lucious leaned in to give her a slow, deep kiss on her cheekbone. She closed her eyes, it seemed as if the kiss took forever. As if he took his own sweet time, tasting her face. He finally pulled away, leaving cookie feeling vacant. He looked her in her eyes. "We can't, Lucious. We've been through too much today with Hakeem losing his child and you're still not back with your memory. I'm sorry but this just isn't...the time.." she told her. "I know that, but I'm fine now. I am, and now we can continue where we left off. The night I planned to bring you home in the limo...or so you told me.." he said to her. She let out a sigh, then looking him in the eyes. "W-" his plump lips kissed her lower cheek, closer to her mouth. Then to the other side, repeating the action. Back to the other side, kissing her jawbone. She couldn't help but close her eyes, she kept going in and out of reality. She missed his lips so much, his touch, oh god almighty. "L-Lucious no, we can't.." She Said, shaking her head. He reached up his hand to cup her face. He then moved down to her neck; her sweetest spot. She remembers when he used to leave Hickies there the size of gum balls. She couldn't prevent licking her lips and whispering 'Oh my god' multiple times. She felt his tongue across her flesh, then it trailing up to her earlobe. Neck kisses always made Cookie weak in the knees. It used to only be a matter of minutes until she would be begging for more. Right now, She had to break loose. She placed her hand on top of his that cupped her face, and she gently pushed it away. She took a step back. "Lucious stop, we can't be doing this...we won't.." she said, clearing her throat. "Why not?" He finally spoke, letting out a sigh. He walked up to her. "There's nothing stopping us, all of the events of today are over with. It was sad but we can't spend time grieving until we come up with the next move. I'm fine with remembering things, look at me: look at my attitude today. There's nothing stopping us, Cookie..." he said, licking his lips. She looked him up and down. He leaned back in to kiss her neck, cupping her face. He went slow, and deep, you could hear his mouth. He placed his thumb on her cheek again, and Cookie closed her eyes, letting out a quietly strained moan. "L-Lucious.." she started out, but ended up tossing her head Back once feeling him travel to the other side of her neck with his lips still attached. She bit her lip, her face looking of concentration of some sort. He sure as hell didn't forget how to seduce. He was still that smooth Lyon she once knew; just under construction. A slightly louder moan escaped her lips, and she gently rested her hand onto the back of his head. He sucked on her ear lobes, then moved back to kissing her cheek right next to her lips. Oh, the teasing! She broke away. "No no no, ugh.." she said to herself, frustrated. He grinned at her, staring. She looked up at him.

He slowly reached out his hand, and placed in the small of her back. "Cookie, let's not let our first kiss in awhile, be a waste.." he whispered, doing a sly smirk. He rolled her eyes, taking her bottom lip into her mouth as well but quickly taking it out. "Come on.." he said, pulling her towards him gently. She slowly traveled up to him, and their lips met together. Cookie had been yearning for those, secretly now that he teased her to the full extent. He didn't even have to be sexual and grip all on her and talk dirty, all he had as a canvas was her face at the moment, and he painted all over it.

The kisses were slow, and they took their time. She heard a noise, and jumped out of her skin turning away. "Oh no Juanita might be here. Dammit why did i-" Lucious kissed the back of her neck from behind. She groaned. Did this man not understand? "Lucious stop it- no one is here, Cookie. Juanita has the day off today. If we won or lost Bella, we wanted to grieve alone, or celebrate alone as a family. Juanita has her own priorities." he said into her ear. She kept staring at the open door way. He kissed up and down her neck, and Cookie slightly rolled her eyes up to the ceiling. "I love you, I've missed you.." he whispered. She leaned her head back, then letting him stick his tongue out, and travel it along her skin up to her upper ear. He kissed up her face, and she finally let him capture her lips completely. He placed his hands on her waist. She turned to face him, and they continued to kiss. He pulled her to him, while she placed her hands on his shoulders. She just couldn't help giving in. That was always her problem when it came to him. He cupped her face. "Are you actually sure about this?" she asked him. He nodded, kissing along her cheekbone. "I don't want you to be pressuring yourself because you want me to like you.." she said to him. He kissed the inner corner of her mouth. "I already know you love me.." he said, looking at her and grinning. She couldn't help but smirk. "Really?" she asked him. He snaked his arms back around her waist. He nodded. "Come on, baby..." he said, They resumed their make out session. Lucious pulled away and looked down at her long tight dress. "Lucious I don't think you can pick me up in this.." she said, brushing past him to walk to the bedroom instead. He walked quickly behind her, grabbed her arm, and tossed her over his shoulder. A deep chuckle came from her mouth. "Really?" she asked as he started to move up the stairway. "Am I getting back to the old Lucious?" he asked. "You're getting there.." she laughed.
